He is proud of who he is, and refuses to be ashamed of being mortal or human.

Domino has had many offers to make him something "Better" than a human, but Domino has chosen to remain mortal, and human, and he has always taken pride in it. The phrase "mere mortal" is a bit of a pet peeve to him. He despises most undead as he sees them as murderers, or potential murderers. He has been criticized for his "prejudice" and even had to listen to long philosophical debates about why it was "ok" for vampires to kill humans. He has always remained proud of who he is and what he is, refusing to allow the words "kine", "blood bag" and such, to make him feel degraded, although he has stated that they are offensive. He continues to protect people from being killed whenever he can, though he won't become a Hunter because he doesn't wish to fight, he's a healer.

He received training from Orion, without which he would have surely perished in the Dungeon. Many others helped him along the way. His wife Angel was Orion's daughter. Many trials have honed his skills over time, and he has made several friends and several enemies. Sometimes he isn't sure which are which, but so far, he has known whom to place his trust in. He trusts very few, though he offers his help to nearly everyone.

He is a vegetarian (though he will eat milk and eggs). His favorite food is celery and his favorite drink is V8. He is not however, a "health nut". He enjoys sweets just like other people. However, due to his mostly healthy diet, he is in excellent health physically as a consequence.

He is of good alignment and has a tendency to help others whenever they allow it and when he can, though he forces himself not to help the truly corrupt as he doesn't want to indirectly support evil actions if he can avoid it.

He is peaceful and does not fight unless forced.

He has a history of speaking up when practically, he should have been quiet, especially if he sensed an injustice being done. This tendency to endanger himself in this way seems to be his major flaw, though over time he's learned to control it better, and often does, though it is difficult not to speak out against evil at every opportunity.

Gear:

Domino wears a black coat, t shirt, and blue jeans.

His main weapon is a sword named Emrion after Emral, the Vampire Hunter who gave it to him, and Orion, the Fate of Chaos who trained him to survive in the dangerous world of the Dungeon.

He also has A black dagger given to him by Red from Xanth which can only be used by one with a brave heart. His second dagger looks like a candy cane, and was given to him by Cid Brack. His third dagger is rather mundane and he used it to carve a domino and 7 dots into his favorite rafter in the Dungeon. A fourth dagger is made of stone, it's hilt shaped like a golden dragon and bearing the engraved word: Aunicia.

He has 3 amulets. The first is a marble which keeps shifting forms, as it has the power of the four elements. It shifts from different colors of flame and lava, to water and ice, to vapors and smoke, to gems and rocks. This amulet was won after a difficult quest in which Domino nearly died thrice.

His second amulet has cast upon it three metallic dragons, a golden one engraved: Aunicia, a silver one engraved: Agnatha, and a bronze one engraved: Cn'Rast. He won this amulet after proving himself worthy to raise and care for Cn'ylnna, his bronze dragon daughter whom he rescued from a snare as he passed through a forest.

His third amulet is a holy object, and emits white energy. Anyone of evil alignment who gets too close should feel their skin crawl a bit. The amulet is large and resembles a diamond, though it is made of a much lighter material. It is shaped like a teardrop, and emits soft holy light.

Last but not least, Domino has a tattoo, which sometimes shows up, the mark of a Guardian. He was born with it, but it doesn't always show, and he didn't know it was there until last year. It is on his right wrist and palm, and depicts A sun surrounded by white flames, within the sun is a hand and the heart of the healer. Ancient text surrounds the entire image.
