WALKING WITH GRANDPA
I like to walk with Grandpa,
His steps are short like mine.
He doesn't say, "Now Hurry Up,"
He always takes his time.
I like to walk with Grandpa,
His eyes see things like mine do.

They don't stop and see.

Our granddaughter is a wonderful, active 10-year-old, who enjoys playing with her five-year-old cousin, many friends and four pets (three dogs and one cat). She would also like to one day have a horse. Carissa is a high-achiever in school and loves to swim and play soccer. Her favorite colors at present are light blue, lime green and yellow. She enjoys reading and would like to learn to play the violin. Her varied interests include classical music - for this reason, you are listening to the Mother Hubbard March by John Phillip Sousa. Carissa enjoys assuming the leadership role in most situations and, thus, takes very good care of those of us around her. She is very close to her mother (who is a Child Development Specialist) and is very proud of her father (who is a policeman).
