This alphabetical list of ingredients should provide useful background information to help people make informed decisions about their orders. If you would like me to add an ingredient or if I have left something out, please let me know.
** The only ingredient in this list that is unsafe to consume is ammonia. Unfortunately, this is necessary for heavy duty cleaning and it is only used in household cleaning products. Sodium lauryl (laureth) sulfate (SLS) is a commonly used ingredient in body care and cleaning products. It is a surfactant derived from coconut oil, BUT it is considered more toxic than ammonia and it is a skin irritant and a mutagen with reproductive and liver effects. I DO NOT USE SLS. The inclusion of sodium lauryl sulfate in almost every herbal body care product is one of the major reasons I started making my own products.
