Dharma's
Meditation Room

This page is used for reflection and meditaion
You will find some methods of meditation
and some life quotes to ponder
on your journey to relaxion!
Some of you will find this helpful
and others just down right silly....
But I personally have to say, it works!
Plus I had to do a meditation room
it wouldn't be very Dharma of me not to!

Medatation Exercise
Ok now before we start find your self a dark room or wait till night to do this.. It is a must for this to work it has to be quiet and dark! ...light some candles or find a dim lighted area and a comfy chair you don't have to be a pretzel to participate ...not too comfy though I want you meditate not fall asleep*S*If you like find some soft soothing music..Now,begin by closing your eyes and consciously relaxing your body...relaxing yourself one part at a time(or however it occurs to you)Breathe Deeply in for a count of four..out for four about ten times..... Let you mind slip into a semi conscious state ...Take yourself to place you are safe and comfortable in your mind and focus on it .Relax don't fight it....flow with it ...I try to imagine I am an eagle and flyng....You can focus on what ever metaphor that suits you ...And try to stay like this for at least 10 minutes without interuption...I have more info on meditation..I will post it as i do more to my pages I hope you enjoy !
