I Took An East German State Police Schirmutz Hat For An Enlisted Man, And Replaced The Cap Device With A Soviet Enlisted Man's Cap Device. I Also Replaced The Anchor Buttons With Soviet Anchor Buttons. It Looks Good, If I Do Say So Myself!
