DENVER AMARILLO EXPRESS

Red Ball Motor Freight acquired Denver Amarillo Express in 1957 from the founder of the line, Delbert Dalby. This purchase allowed Red Ball to serve new areas in Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. In this new service area the company was known as Denver Amarillo- Red Ball Motor Freight. The two lines were not fully merged until 1967.
