Texas
Texas is the second largest state in the United States. It was the 28th state to enter the Union. Texas has a very rich history and is very diverse in its culture, but im not going to go into that. I have a statement that i would like to make to the rest of the world. So here it is.
Contrary to popular belief, not all Texans are Cowboys. Not all of us wear ten-gallon hats and cowboy boots. Not all of us here ride bulls or rope cattle. Not all of us are farmers, rancher, or oil tycoons. Most of us here listen to more than just country and western music. Most of us don't ride horses to work and don't have cactus growing in our back yard. And above all, not every Texan is a hick, redneck, or kicker.
Now dont get me wrong, i was born and raised as a Texan, and i have nothing against the Texans that fit the description above. It's just that im not exactly the stereotype of a Texan. Here are some examples.
