Your Direction

Have you ever been out driving
and gotten lost?
You have two choices:
Stop and ask for directions
or just keep driving around
hoping you shall find your way.
How many times, when we were
being
arrogant, prideful and wanting
to
"do it on our own",
did HE patiently wait for us
to ask HIM for directions?
Being "children of free-will",
we have to make
the decision to ask or not to
ask for help.
HE will not force a decision
upon us,
we have to seek the answers
on our own.
We have only to ask the Father.
Yes, HE knows our needs long
before we.
HE also has the answers ready
for us.
We have only to ask and to receive.
For God will open the windows
of Heaven
and his Blessings shall rain
down upon us.
Let us seek HIS direction so
that HE may
anoint our way with HIS loving
grace and blessings.
It is time to stop and ask for directions.
Not from a stranger, but from
the One who
knows us better than we know
ourselves.
Father we seek your will in
our lives.
