During the trials of my circumstances have I called upon the Lord,
as He has instructed me to do, this is not by happenstance.
When fears threatened to overwhelm my heart,
God’s love covered me with His endless mercies and I endured.
I not only endure, but through the Blood of the Lamb,
I overcome this, and every trial and am filled with joyful jubilation.
All yokes of my burdens that have held me in bondage,
my mighty Lord has lifted off of me and torn it asunder so that I know no bonds.
“Rejoice in the Lord, again I say Rejoice.” Philippians 4:4
Know that even during my trials,
I am to be contented that my Lord has prepared me a way to be delivered.
My God is so rich in His vastness of mercies, that He extends them,
renewed, each day, to all who have eyes to see and ears to hear His word.
I let this day be known as a day of the Lord and I find rest in the knowledge that God holds me in His Righteous right hand, sheltering me beneath His majestic wings from the heat of the day’s tribulations.
