PICCOLO: Once upon a time a young Nameck boy landed on Earth. His name was Piccolo Daimioh. He grew up not knowing where he was from and just waiting for someone to come and get him. As he remembered, he was sent to earth because Nameck was being destroyed by a viloent worldwide storm. He was told on Nameck that someone would be sent to get him later on. Piccolo Daimioh waited for years until he came to the realization that nobody was coming for him. Throughout his time on earth he witnessed violence and tradegy that he had never witnessed before. This corrupted his inner self so much that he became split with himself and created a whole new seperate Piccolo. One was good and the other was evil. They fought over the years never beating each other as they were the same person in a way with the same ability. The good Piccolo was named Kami, the other called himself the original name of Daimioh. Kami finally figured out how to merge with himself again to stop his evil self from harming anyone. This formed who is now called Kame-Sama who acts as the guardian of Earth. But before Daimioh merged with Kami, he reproduced to make who is now called Piccolo. Piccolo was taught to hate Goku as his father did. Over the years they had a strong rivalry...neither of them not knowing why they fought each other. Until one day...RADDITZ arrived. Piccolo saw his power and was forced to join forces with Goku to defeat Radditz. Goku died during the battle which was fine with Piccolo because he had his own plans for world domination. But Piccolo was warned by Radditz that two of his kind would come to earth in a year so he was forced to postpone his plans for world conquest. He took Gohan to train him for the coming og the Saiyajin in one year. Over the year, Piccolo made a friend in Gohan...the first friend he ever had. This pushed most of the evil that remained in him out forever. Finally the Saiyajin arrived. In the battle Nappa was about to kill Gohan when Piccolo decided to take the blast for Gohan. Kame was finally happy that Piccolo was permanately changed and instead of evil there was love in Piccolo's heart. Piccolo and the other Z warriors that perished during the battle traveled to King Kai for special training. Piccolo disaproved of Kai's "silly" training methods that the other Z warriors were putting up with. But then Piccolo challenged the warriors that he could beat them all. They fought and Piccolo was beaten. He was convinced then that he would participate in the rest of the training. He was wished to Nameck to help fight Freezer. He arrived and found a wounded Nail. Nail told him that he could give Piccolo a huge power up by letting him be absorbed into Piccolo's body. They merged and Piccolo was confident that he was the strongest warrior in the universe. He fought Freezer and made him hurt. But then Freezer transformed into his highest form and Piccolo was out-classed. Goku arrived and saved the day as usual. He fought the androids but then Cell appereared and Kame asked Piccolo to merge with him to make a stronger fighter to protect earth from Cell. This made Kamecolo. He was still no match for Cell although he proved useful during times because he was almost a match for Cell. This is pretty much all of his role in DBZ. He did not play that much of a role in the Buu Saga except that he taught Gohan and Goten the art of fusing. ---END OF DBZ--
