If I do become published or sign a contract in the category I have entered on or before MARCH 15, 2001, I must notify the ETC Contest Chairperson. My entry will be returned and I will receive a refund of my $15 entry fee upon request. I realize and accept that manuscript judging is subjective and agree to abide by the decisions of the judges/contest officials. I shall hold harmless the East Texas Chapter of RWA, contest personnel and judges for any disputes arising from contest rulings or decisions and/or disputes arising from circumstances beyond the control of contest officials.
