PETALS OF MY HEART

Into the depths of my mind
feelings of love astounds me
gazing at faces
smiling....I hold each one dear to me
though I have known them only for a short while
seems like an eternity to me

each with their own personality
looking into their hearts ....i feel them
sharing laughter way into the night
sometimes crying from the excrusion of it
acting like children again
forgetting the world around us

to share more than just a day
many I have became close to
sharing their hearts with mine
as each day passes
looking forward to see them online

faces I may never see
hearts I will always know
strangers of the world
loved dearly by me
each day that passes
I seek their guidance
their kindness
for they see this person I truly AM

I pray with all my might
that each will remain online
for without their smiling faces
their cheerful word....I would be lost
I have seen us all grow
in just the few months we met
blooming into this beautiful rose
