Danso (dawn-so) Gordon was born August 3, 1979 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. His first acting role was on the CBC series, Street Cent. He moved to Los Angeles with his father to try his luck as an actor. The first American role was that of Kenny "Silk" Hayes on NBC'c Hang Time. He had a guest appearance on the series, Sliders. He had a cameo in the movie American History X. He can be seen in Mountain Dew commercials and on Disney's drama series-In A Heartbeat.
He attended High at Saint Agnes and Saint Patrick High school in his hometown. He attends UCLA as a pre-med student. He's a fan of the Edmonton Oliers (who are hated by Dallas Stars fans).He is very down to earth and does not consider himself a major superstar.
In the movie Dear Wendy (2004) he has the starring role of Sebastian about a group of men that live in a mining town. They have an interest in guns and when Sebastian is invited to join, things get interesting.
