Adam Jefferies

Adam Jeffries first appeared on the scene in the educational series-Nightmare on Drug Street as Eddie. The series featured kids and how drugs played a part in their lives.

He later appeared on ABC’s The Wonder Years as Simeonee in an episode called Loosier (2-28-89). This episode also featured Larenz Tate (Love Jones), Dustin Diamond (Saved by The Bell),Robert Picaro (Star Trek Voyager) and Salim Grant (Saved by the Bell: The New Class). He played Mark on ABC’s Family Matters in the episode Laura’s First Date (12-15-89). This episode featured the first appearance of Jaleel White as Steve Urkel.

He had a cameo in the Bill Cosby movie Ghost Dad before landing the role of Lester Freeman on Fox’s True Color (1990-92) series. He was nominated for a Youth Award for his two seasons on the show.

He was Six Pack in the Fox movie on drugs called Seeds of Tragedy.

He played Jarvis Turrell Jr. on the ABC series Thea (1993-94) that featured Brandy, Jason Weaver (Smart Guy) and Brenden Jefferson (Dr. Quinn). The series was a hit but due to politics at ABC the series was cancelled. A hit rate Black show will generally get cancelled in favor of a low rated White series.

After Thea, he guest starred on the CBS series The Client based on the movie of the same named. He played Jamal James Garrett in the episode The Burning of Atlanta (10-24-95).

He played Larry on the soap opera Days of Our Lives in 2000. He was in the Tropical Temptation storyline. He appeared on Just Shoot Me as Danny in Friends & Neighbors on 2-28-02.
