Wheat and Honey Bread
1 1/4 cups water
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp margarine or butter, softened
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup bread machine yeast or 2 tsp regular
Place ingredients in pan in order listed. Select Wheat option. It says select Medium crust color, but I prefer light. Bake as your machine directs.
Yield: 1 1/2 pound loaf
