ROBERT JOHN "BOB" PERKINS, 65, went to
be with our Lord on Dec. 23, 2015, in Fort Worth,
TX. Bob was a devoted husband, father, and loving
grandfather.
Bob raised his three children in Ranger, TX and
participated in their various activities & sports.
He may not have attended Ranger High School but
his children did. He truly enjoyed Bible teaching
at the Church of Christ in Ranger. Bob was a 25-
year employee of EBAA Iron, Inc. He considered EBAA
his second family. Bob enjoyed living life to its
fullest and never met a stranger. He welcomed each
day as it were his last, and each morning he gave
thanks to his Lord for the journey that lies ahead
of him. Bob will surely be missed, and life will
not quite be the same without him.
He was preceded by death his baby son, Mitchell.
Survivors at the time of his death are his wife,
Shirley Perkins; children, Marshall Perkins (RHS-
1991) and wife, Barbara, of Pasiano di Pordenone,
Italy, Matthew Perkins (RHS-1994) and wife, Trisha,
of Miami, OK, & Michelle Perkins Hall (RHS-1995)
and husband, Justin, of Belton; stepson, Randy Hess
of Haslet; along with loving grandchildren, Bryson,
Brennae, Jimmy, John and Michele; sisters, Delores
Walker and husband, Bill, of Wellsboro, PA, and
Debbie Wilson & husband, Gary, of Corpus Christi.
