Steve Clark STEVE CLARK, 61, passed away in Rockwall, TX on June 23, 2014, with interment in St. Joseph Cemetery. Stephan was born in San Antonio, TX on June 12, 1953 to Clarence Burns “C.B.” & Naomi (Smith) Clark. He graduated from Radford High School, Honolulu, HI in 1971. He attended the Air Force Academy and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Communications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He went on to receive a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of Texas, San Antonio in 1976. In December of 1989, he married Marlene Krajca. They had the opportunity to travel while raising their family in cities including Philadelphia, Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei, Omaha and settled in Rockwall. During his 20 year career as a TeleCommunications Executive he worked for Southwestern Bell, AT&T, Lucent and then Avaya. He was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. He served on the Board of Director’s for Jinpan International. His strong desire to serve his country continued when he ran for the U.S. House of Representatives, District 4 seat. He is preceded in death by his parents. At the time of his death, he was survived by his wife, Marlene Clark of Rockwall; son, Alan Clark and, Dennis Yawitz; daughters: Cambry Huaraque and husband, Rockie of Tucson, Miranda Henson & husband, Grant of Dallas, Raychel Clark of Houston, Madeline Clark of Rockwall and Erica Clark of Rockwall; four grandchildren: Hanaa, Syd, Beau and Harry and three brothers: Randy Clark of San Antonio, Jeff Clark of Forney & Marc Clark of Rockwall.
