ROBERT LYNN "BOB" MILLS passed away on Oct. 14, 2004,
with interment at Restland Memorial park.
Bob was born Dec. 26, 1920 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, son of
Lora and R.C. Mills. He had a brother, Gary Mills and
sister, Alice Mills Stovall. Bob graduated from SMU,
where he met Marjorie Reagan, his wife for 61 years.
Bob and Marjorie raised four daughters, Martha Lynn
Meador, Julie Bryan, Cindy Mills and Robbi Morales. They
also were doting grandparents to eight grandchildren
and five great grandchildren. Bob was also much beloved
by in-laws, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many, many
friends. Bob and Marjorie were longtime members of the
First United Methodist Church of Dallas and among the
founders of the Aldersgate Couples Class. Bob had
a long and successful career as an electrical engineer.
His work ethic was a model for his family and co-workers.
Bob's faith, kindness, and gentle sense of humor were
central to his life, and a beautiful legacy for all who
knew him.
