JEANETTE E. GILBERT, age 60, passed away on July 29, 1998.
She was born Feb. 21, 1938 in Lone Oak, TX. Jeanette was
married to James Edward Gibert. She retired from AT&T in
Mesquite, TX in Dec. of 1994, after 21 year of dedicated
service. She & James retired to the Leesburg, Texas area,
on Lake Bob Sandlin. She was a longtime member of the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
At the time of her death, she was survived by: her husband
of 35 years, James Edward Gilbert; daughters Patricia Hill
of Eustace, TX, Sandra Crook of Balch Springs, TX; sons,
Tony Powell of Dallas, TX, James E. Gilbert II of Mesquite,
Texas, and John E. Gilbert of Mesquite, TX; sisters, Bonnie
Bellah of Wills Point, TX, Jodie Brownlow of Wills Point,
TX, Thelma Hopkins of Dallas, TX; there are fourteen grand-
children; seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces
and nephews.
