SANDRA KAY DUNCAN GOFORTH LOYD, 64,
passed away Jan. 26, 2013, at her home in Mineral
Wells, TX, withs burial in Woodland Park Cemetery.
She was born Nov. 26, 1947, in Ranger, TX, the
daughter of Stanley & Joyce Geraldine Brown Duncan.
She attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1966
and married David Goforth (RHS-1964). In 1984, she
married Staff Sergeant Bruce Loyd in Mineral Wells.
She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells, and had
worked at the box factory and the sewing factory.
Sandra was preceded in death by her husband in 2011,
and by her parents.
At the time of her death, she was survived by her son
and daughter-in-law: David S. Sr. and Cindy Goforth of
Olathe, KS; grandsons: Richard Fleming and wife Ashely
of Kansas, David Goforth Jr. of Kansas; great-grandchild:
Chloe Ethan Fleming; sister: Linda Duncan Noonkester
(RHS-1965) of Granbury; three nieces; one nephew; and
numerous other family members and friends.
