WELTON OTT "W.O." ADAMS, 87, of Lancaster, TX was
born June 26, 1930 in Stephens County, TX to Walter
James & Mary Annie "Dempsey" Adams. He passed from
this life on Nov. 28, 2017. Welton attended Bullock
School and graduated from Ranger High School in the
Class of 1946 at Ranger, TX. After graduation he
bought his own truck & combine to travel the country
harvesting grain until he entered the U.S. Air Force.
Burial was in Bullock Cemetery near Ranger.
He was preceded in death by parents; sister Clara Mae
Adams Cox (RHS-1950). W.O. is survived by wife Sheri
Winstead Adams; son David Adams & wife Kelly; daughter
Dee Ann Adams; grandchildren Seth Adams & wife Jennifer;
Amber Buehler & husband Brian; great-grandchild Breelyn
Rae Buehler; brothers Carlton Adams (RHS-1943), Clinton
Adams; & sister Lillian Adams Boney (RHS-1945).
