NOVA YOUNG ROBERTSON, 90, passed away Jan. 2,
2013, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery in Ranger,
TX.
She was born on November 28, 1922 in Ranger, TX to
Dewitt and Carmen (Brewer) Young. She graduated
from Ranger High School in 1940 and Draughons
Business School. Nova married James W. Robertson
in July of 1941 at Eastland, TX and was a homemaker.
Nova was a loving wife, mother, & grandmother. She
was a member of the Mesquite & Rusk Streets Church
of Christ.
Nova was preceded in death by her parents, her husband:
James in 1987, her son: Larry Robertson in 1974, her
brother: Pete Young, and her sister: Geneva Freeman
(RHS-1944).
Survivors include two grandsons: Jimmy Robertson of
Arkansas, and Don Robertson of Hawaii, a daughter-in-law:
Janet Richardson of Arkansas, five great-grandsons, and
numerous other family members. Nova will be missed by
her family and friends.
