JOE BAILEY HARPER, 72, was born Nov. 17, 1914
& was in the Ranger High School Class of 1933
at Ranger, TX. He was married to Emily Louise
Jenkins. They were living in Austin, TX, when
he died in Feb. of 1987. She later died there
in 1994. They had three sons, Joe Wayne Harper
(RHS-1957), Charles Harper (RHS-1960) & Thomas
F. Harper.
