LOIS BUSH DRINKARD DREINHOFER, 90, of Ranger, TX
passed away on Nov. 4, 2003, with burial in Evergreen
Cemetery at Ranger, TX.
Mrs. Dreinhofer was born on Dec. 11, 1912 in Whitney,
Texas. Her parents were Thomas L. & Elizabeth (Shelton)
Bush. She attended school in Ranger & was a graduate of
Draughn's Business College. She married Joseph Henry
Dreinhofer (RHS-1931) in July of 1942, and they traveled
to different states and came back to Ranger in 1980. Mr.
Dreinhofer preceded her in death on February 2, 1992. She
was a homemaker and also an artist. She also worked as a
secretary and was a member of the First Baptist Church in
Ranger.
At the time of her death, Mrs. Dreinhofer was survived by
a daughter, June Davis (RHS-1949) & husband Bill of Ranger;
son, Donald L. Drinkard and wife Ann of Fort Worth; son,
Arthur Dreinhofer and wife Martha of New Braunfels; and
son, Fred Dreinhofer & wife Jeanne of Brownwood; brothers,
Durwood Bush of Fritch, Tom Bush of Fort Worth, J.M. Bush
of Puerto Rico and Ron Bush of Fritch; sisters, Bernice
Walthall of Ponca City, OK, and Audrey Rose (RHS-1940)
of Ranger; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren;
numerous nieces and nephews.
