Ranger Exes Memorial - RHS Class of 1929
CHARLES E. "BILL" HARPER was born Jan. 26,
1911 & was in the Ranger High School Class of 1929
at Ranger, TX.   He married Myrtle Blankenship
(RHS-1928) at Ranger in Aug. of 1930.  They had 
three children: a daughter, Ernestine Joy Gilbert
(RHS-1949); and two sons, J.D. Harper (RHS-1953) of 
Austin and Charles E. "Chuck" Harper, Jr. (RHS-1960).
Mr. Harper died in Ranger on Aug. 16, 1985, and 
was buried at Alameda Cemetery near Ranger.
