GLADYS LOUISE MADDOCKS, 91, died on Oct. 25,
1999 in Springdale, AR, with burial there in the
Friendship Cemetery. She was born on March 29,
1908 in Colorado to Chalmers E. and Elizabeth
Jones Maddocks. Gladys attended Ranger High
School in the Class of 1924/1925 & Ranger Jr.
College at Ranger, TX. Gladys attended the
University of Texas at Austin, TX and later
taught at RHS during the 1940s. She married
but divorced with no children. Her siblings
were Arthur Maddocks, Raymond Maddocks, Fred
Maddocks, and Marjorie Maddocks (RHS-1926).
