I'm me, I live in Eastern Oregon (the part devoid of greenery, pine trees and mountains). Before that we lived in Texas for 8yrs (early '94 to late 2002) and before that I was born in LA (Los Angeles). I have a younger bro & sis, 2 dogs(Sam & Judy), 1 cat (Her Imperial Duchess Chalata Marie), and 1 canary.

I was homeschooled from 4th - 12 grade using the ACE program, which I think is the best. [It's very easy to use, you don't worry about compiling lessons, it's self taught - the parent is the "supervisor" not the teacher (so you don't need to get a certificate). The best part is when you reach high school you can enroll in their shcool and you are assigned a counselor to help plan you subjects, keep your records, and when you graduate you get an actual high school diploma instead of a GED. Although when we started homeschooling I hated it, but then I realized if I spent 3-4 hours a day doing my work, I was free the rest of the day. My bro and sis have been homeschooled since preschool. If you have any questions about homeschooling I'd be glad to help just email me or AIM Me (nflitejs).]

After graduating from High School I enrolled in and graduated from an at home Pharmacy Tech course, that took two years to complete.

I have neurofibromatosis. I don't have any skin lesions (thank you Lord)and I look relatively normal. I do have a tumor in my airway, I had a trach in since I was a month old but Praise the Lord I was able to have it removed a couple years ago. I also had a tethered spinal cord which was repaired when I was in 3rd grade. My spinal cord was stuck at the base and wasn't moving up as I got taller, so I had to have a lamenectomy. So I can't lift things that are too heavy and I have to pace myself so I don't overdo it.

This all probably sounds worse than it is. It's all a part of my life, my parents both treat my sis and I like we're normal, we go out and do things, most everything except swimming and go places.

I consider all this part of my testimony. When you have a medically challenged family you really have to rely on and trust God and know that everything is in His hands. I don't go for all that Word of Faith stuff, or the claim it and grab it stuff either. I do believe that God still does miracles and heals people. But also he has a reason for all this - I can't tell you the many opportunities our family has had to witness to the nurses (My sis has 16hrs of in home nursing care) and the many medical personnel we come in contact with. Here's a link to my mother's testimony http://noteye.tripod.com/anintroduction.html &Nbsp;  it tells more about our faimly :-)

Now back to Me (if you're still reading). I enjoy fellowshiping with ppl online (& off), keeping in touch with my friends and family (in Texas & Los Angeles), watching Tv, hanging out with my bro, playing games [Civilization 3 Complete, SuperNintendo, Playsation, & Comp games like Zoo Tycoon, Roller Coaster Tycoon, ER, Sim City, 1503 AD, 1603 AD, Port Royale - anything fun, challening and nonviolent - family games].

I listen to all sorts of Christian music, I don't associate myself with any one style or group. I listen to a wide variety from hymns, county Christian, to CCM. What matters to me is the song - whether it glorifies, worships and praises God.

My hobbies: Crocheting, paint by number, painting ceramics (for Xmas gifts - I like sending ppl something personal), coloring mega posters (the one's that come in a big plastic tube), roller skating (at a nice roller rink, not all that jumping and stuff - I have an aversion to activities that have a high probability of getting ones bones broken, almost 25 years and not one ever broken, I plan on keeping that record going :-), fishing Yes I'm a girl and I like to fish, though I take the hooks out with hemostats and use gloves for putin' worms on - I perfer minnows (they squirm less) though the fish prefer worms - Oh Well.

Well that's it for now - Probably too long already. I'll be doing more updating soon. Thanks for visiting and God Bless
