Driver Bio - LH Newlin is a retired commercial construction superintendent. Newlin has been drag racing since 1954 and at the age of 72 still enjoys racing his blown altered. Newlin has wheeled everything from gassers to a max wedge MG and is known for driving ill handling hot rods. Newlin’s wife and crew chief builds the motors, sets up the blowers and she gives credit to her knowledge to her father who drove a nitro B/Fuel Dragster in the 1960’s.
