The Plan Of Salvation

At First Baptist Church, Hale Center, our first and ultimate goal is to see people come to know Jesus Christ personally, and we want you to know this:
God loves you so much
That He sent His only Son,
Jesus Christ, to die for you!
Jesus desires to know you in a
personal way, and for you to know Him.
He says, "Behold, I stand at the door
and knock."
If you would like to know Jesus
personally, confess to Him that you
are a sinner and you know you cannot
save yourself. You can pray and ask
Jesus to come into your heart and
life as your Lord and Savior and
He will do it!


If you want to ask Jesus Christ to become your Savior, meaning the words that you say, you can pray the prayer below, and Christ will come into your heart and life as your Savior and Lord! You will be set free by the power of His love!

Dear Lord, I come to you, admitting that I have sin in my life. I know that Your Word says that the wages of sin is death. I believe that You sent your Son to die for me that I might have life by believing in Him as my Savior and Lord. I know He is my only Way to Salvation. Because I believe, I ask that Jesus Christ come into my heart, and into my life as my Lord and Savior. I thank you. In Jesus Christ's name I pray, Amen.

If you prayed this prayer earnestly to the Lord, you can be assured that He has heard you, and Jesus Christ is your Savior. The Bible tells us whoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.

However, just as the Lord Jesus Christ is real, Satan (the devil) is also very real. He will tell you that you aren't really saved, and God isn't real. We encourage you as a new Christian to get and read the Word Of God, which is the Bible, and you need to pray that God will bind Satan from your life. We also encourage you to get involved in an evangelical, Bible believing church. The Word of God teaches that Christians need to come together in fellowship. We should meet together to worship and encourage each other in the Lord.
