FRAN'S CONDITION

For years Fran had lumps in her breast.She had them checked often,but they were always liquid tumors.This is a very comon condition.The only thing is, it made self exam not possible.The lumps were always changing.For most people self exam is the best way to learn early if you have a problem.She did do mammorgy yearly.About two years ago she bumped one of her breast on a gate post.It got sore and she went to the doctor.Although she had been checked only six months before she did the mammorgy again.The tumor was already larger than a golf ball.She had the breast removed at once along with 16 lympth nodes from under her arm.Three of the nodes had cancer in them.She did six months of chemo and there was no sign of the cancer.She had monthly checkups and three months ago it showed up as five tumors in the bone.She has been back in chemo for three months.But for now there is no new growth or spread.
