Exercise, Easy, Effective

Exercise, a word that elicits groans without moving a muscle. Exercise can be a word that drives fear into the hearts of the couch potatoes. Exercise can be meant for the body or the mind and it is my opinion that every one should do lots of both, so in this page I will talk about both, the body and the mind, that is if you don't mind.

We will start with exercise for the body. Most of us have to exercise for one of two reasons, for health or to get away from the kids. Only joking, although finding a quite spot everyday is good for your mental health but we will talk about that later. The only reason for exercise is to become healthy. Some of us have to exercise because the overweight doctor tells us to, it is for the betterment of the heart, of bad knees, bad back, the dun-lop disease, or just because it is a social thing we like to do with our peers. We couch potatoes world-wide, feel that exercise is for the young or those who want to look young or have a nagging mate that can't be hushed, legally. I'm sure that the nagging mate in this case is worried about your health and your untimely death as you sit watching the exercising programs with those young ladies with tight, tight fitting outfits. Oh, by the way, the dun-lop disease is caused by an over active fork and your belly has dun lopped over your belt.

Let's start with one of the best all-round exercises that you can do as a beginning exercise that will give you all kinds of benefits. After checking with your doctor to make sure you aren't about to fall down in a heap of fat, suggest to him/her that you would like to begin a mild, unstressful walking program and what does he suggest for you? More later.
