Alien Thieves... Continued

So Murry is waiting for the aliens to make their first move...

In these terrible English accents the alien visitors said to him, "We're a bit curious about humans and their brains. Even though you look human, we have decided that you are a superior life form and would much rather take you. Come along, now. We mustn't keep the Mothership waiting."
"You guys must be nuts," said Murry. "I'm not leaving home. Go find someone else to do your sick little experiments on!" With that said, young Murry Hammonds ran like never before until he was safe in his bed and away from those weird aliens.

The visitors were mighty peeved, to say the least. The knew one day they'd get their hands on Murry, or just get even.

Since this was so very long ago, Murry had completely forgotten about this whole ordeal. Mur grew up like any normal kid and became a rock star. Well, when the aliens heard about this, they were less than pleased. They decided that he was indeed unworthy (what were they thinking?) but he still deserved a little discipline. So what do they do? They spend about a year tracking him down and when they finally figured out that he was in Dallas, they knew what had to be done.

To carry out their dastardly deed, they had to plan it perfectly so that no one (particularly an Old 97) was around. When this was made sure of, they broke into the 97 tour van in Highland Park, Dallas and stole every musical object inside, excluding Philip's drums. They don't believe things you bang on count as musical instruments. When the 97s found this out, they were, to say the least, ticked off. Everyone assumed it was a group of teenage punks that needed cash for, if you will, hash. They decided to move on and just use their practice equipment for general purposes and let it go.

So that's the story. No isn't that an unsatisfying ending? I don't think the Old 97s are aware that this happened, and since you and I are the only ones know, don't you think we should do something about it?
