The Johnston's

The Johnston family is a dynamic group consisting
of
Stephen, Robin, John Daniel and Christopher
&
Hoss,
Whiskey, Feisty.
We live on the shores of Toledo Bend near the Sabine
National Forrest
and enjoy fishing (of
course) and hunting (of course). Stephen is
a licensed, professional guide and has made that his life's work since
1989.
In the spring of each year, we really get into baseball
(Farm League
and Major League) and the spring bass and crappie
spawns.
During the summer months we love to go swimming at
one of the lake's
sandbars (don't forget the dogs), trolling for giant
striped bass along the
river, and moonlit night fishing for lunker bass.
The fall sends some of us back to school and one of us back on the
lake for tournament
pre-fishing (the "Oilmen" are in town) and pre-season
preparation
for duck hunting (decoys,
blinds, and dogs).
In the winter we give Thanks for time spent together,
for the fat man in December, for a great new beginning,
and for the
Boat Shows in mid January.
