Sodomite comes out first, and then Iron Chef along with Dav in his corner. They get in the ring, and start brawling. Sodomite pushes Chef into a corner, and starts chopping him. He pulls him back, and goes for a Piledriver..but Chef flips completely over him and does a Rollup..but only gets a quick 1 count. Sodomite gets up quick, and out comes Gozinya. He has some Saki. "Tyler's Song" blasts on the speakers and Benoit comes walking down to the ring. Benoit jumps onto the apron and goes through the 2nd rope and then suddenly "Cowboy" hits the arena and a mixed reaction goes up as the European Champ comes down to the ring carrying his title on his shoulder pointing at Benoit as he gets to ringside and climbs up the ringsteps and goes through the 2nd rope and the ref holds the European title up since it's on the line in the match and both men hook up and Destroyer uses his strength throwing Benoit back to the mat and he rolls backwards and stands up and hooks back up with Destroyer and Destroyer again throws him down in the same manner and Benoit runs at him and Destroyer sticks up the Big Boot and Benoit slides under it and attempts a German Suplex but Destroyer Elbows Benoit back and grabs him arm whipping him to the ropes and nails a Tilt a whirl Backbreaker on Benoit putting him down hard and pinning him..1..2.no Benoit kicks out and quickly grabs Destroyer into a Head Scissor from his laying down position but Destroyer merely grabs him and gets up with the Head Scissor still on him holding Benoit up and then finally Benoit lets go with his legs and drops him Body Press Drop and begins kicking him relentlessly. Benoit grabs one of Destroyer's kicks and twists his ankle so he falls and Benoit turns it into an Anklelock but before he can lock it in Destroyer kicks him off and Benoit gets up running at him and Destroyer reverses the attempted clothesline by Benoit into the Destruction Drop (The Stroke) and covers Benoit...1..2.no Benoit very late at 2 gets his shoulder up and He picks Benoit up and puts him in the corner and begins doing Knifeedge Chops to Benoit with loud Smacks each time and Benoit reverses it and kicks him several times in the gut and does several chops himself and hits Destroyer with the "Tuque Drop" (DDT) out of the corner and he quickly goes to the top rope and does the "Dive for Canada" (Headbutt) Off the top rope which is really wicked looking for both men and Benoit drapes an arm over Destroyer...1...2..Destroyer gets his shoulder up in time and Benoit gets up before him and does a cut throat saying he's going to go for his finisher "Canadian World" and tries to get it but Destroyer powers out of it and gets to his feet quickly and as Benoit gets in his face Destroyer kicks him in the gut. Then picks him up with a Double-Arm-Underhook Powerbomb but he doesn't pin him he picks him up and throws him into the corner so he's standing up and climbs the 2nd rope with him in there and executes a Tornado DDT putting Benoit down and he covers Benoit...1....2....Somehow Benoit got his shoulder up to kick out and Destroyer calls for it to be over and grabs Benoit up off the mat and puts him in position in the middle of the ring and he climbs to the top rope and executes the "Destroyer Bomb" on Benoit and connects! Seether comes out to the ring first, and jumps in. Then out comes Davidson, but Los Bendahos the newest tag team in R.W.F. Canada jump him from behind. Seether can't believe it. He jumps out of the ring, and goes after them..but one of the Bendahos nails Seether with a Superkick and he is down. They beat the shit out of Davidson, and he can not wrestle. He's not gonna be happy about this...Seether wins by forfeit.....Winner: Seether(Advances to Quarter-Finals)

"The Night Santa Went Crazy" goes off in the arena and Satan Claus jiggles his way onto the Ramp and gets the fans going nuts as Satan comes down to the ring and then Suicidal comes running down crazily and slides into the ring and Satan spins him around and quickly hits the "Ho Ho Ho" (3 German Suplexes) Releasing on the Third folding Suicidal up and Satan lays him on his back and runs into the ropes and nails the "Fatassed Buttsplash of Doom" on Suicidal for the 1...2..no Suicidal somehow kicks out and Suicidal Stands up and does a Lame Rock "Just Bring It" hand movements and Satan splashes him into a corner and he collapses right in perfect position and Satan climbs the ropes to the top and hits the "Yes Virginia, There is a Satan Claus" and pins Suicidal on top of him...1...2...3 it's over....Winner: Satan Claus(Advances to Quarter-Finals)

Gozinya comes out first, and next out is Chef. Dav sits in his booth upstairs biting his fingers not knowing what is gonna happen. Next out is Iron Chef..He runs down and slides in the ring, Chef is questioning him about earlier..and Gozinya says he accused him of being a traitor. They bump up a little, and begin to shove. Gozinya pushes Chef back strong into the corner...then out comes Los Bendahos. They slide into the ring, and lay out Gozinya with a chair..then Chef runs at them..but one kicks him..and they nail a DOUBLE CHAIRSHOT on Chef...They then roll out of the ring, and run to the back..but as they make it to the back Destroyer & Triple X are at the door....they split and run through the crowd and Destro and X can't catch them. In the ring, the ref is counting for a Double KO..but on 8 Gozinya rolls over not knowing where he's at but is ontop of Chef....1...2...3....New Hardcore Champion, but I don't think he knows it yet....Winner: Peter Gozinya(New Hardcore Champion, Advances to Semi-Finals)

X comes to the ring first. He's still looking fresh as he has yet to be tested tonight. He hops in the ring and is well received by a crowd that thought he was gone for good. Vegita follows right after, but he's still working with that injury sustained last week. They get in and shake hands as the bell rings for the fight to start. This should be a good one. They tie up in the center. X turns Vegita's arm to an arm wrench. Vegita reverses and twists X's arms. X grimaces in pain but quickly flips out of the hold and Vegita goes crashing to the floor. Vegita gets up very quickly and pulls X's legs out from under him. He goes to put X in a Boston Crab, but X reaches up and gives Vegita a couple punches to the face and finally a thrust to his throat. Vegita falls to the ground and X goes right at him. X lifts him up and hits a nice DDT. Pin…1…Kickout. Not even close. X starts to lift Vegita, but Vegita hits a couple blows to X's midsection. He grabs him and hits a suplex on the veteran. He lifts him again and whips him to the ropes. He catches him and slams him with a Spine Buster. He quickly goes off the ropes and hits a Leg Drop. Vegita is totally controlling this match. He lifts X and whips him to the ropes again. He goes for a Good Night Kiss, but X catches him and tosses him over his head in a T-Bone Suplex. The crowd goes nuts!! X grabs Vegita and lifts him to his feet. He sends him to the ropes and catches him delivering another awesome suplex, this time belly to belly. He grabs Vegita and slaps on the Hangover. He cranks on the Former Canadian Champion's neck and Vegita kicks all over trying to break free. Luckily he is close to the ropes and puts his foot on the rope. The ref calls for the break and X lets go. He quickly lifts him again and whips him to the ropes. X goes for a knee to his gut, but Vegita avoids it very nicely and slides under X, knocking him to the ground. He grabs his Ankle and locks it up Shamrock style. X reaches out for the ropes and he just can't grab them. Vegita is cranking on his ankle!! X looks as if he might tap out when Vegita tries to adjust his grip, X capitalizes. He quickly spins around hitting Vegita with a kick from his good leg right to Vegita's chin!! X is slow getting up and Vegita grabs him from behind and goes for a German Suplex… he hits it!! He's got the bridge and he's going for the pin. 1…2…KICKOUT!!! Just barely got out of that!! Vegita grabs X again and goes for a belly to back, but X elbows him in the face, turns around, kicks him in the gut and hits a SHOTGUN!! X limps to lift him up and whips him to the turnbuckle. X HITS A BULLET!!! He makes the cover. 1…2…3!!! X grabs the TV title and rolls out of the ring. He starts to head to the back, but turns around and goes back in the ring. He lifts Vegita to his feet and raises his arm. The crowd pops HUGE!! They walk to the back together with the crowd still cheering away.....Winner: Xavier "X" Channel(New Television Champion, Advances to Semi-Finals)

Vanity ShowWood makes his way to the ring primping and posing per usual. Then, Big D’s music hits as the crowd goes ape-shit. Even being a heel, the crowd can’t get enough of this guy. Big D runs to the ring and Vanity begins to jump on him immediately. Vanity hits a flurry of punches that staggers Big D for a bit. Vanity goes for a wild punch, though, and Big D blocks it, rakes his eyes and nails a headbut! Vanity covers his face and Big D nails a low blow followed by a DDt!!! Quick cover! 1-2-KICKOUT!!! From the back a chorus of boos can be heard as Peter Gozinya emerges from the back with a steel chair. He’s walking slowly as he comes to the end of the ramp and sits down facing the entrance way. It looks like he’s making sure there’s no interference in this key Penthouse-only match-up. In the ring, Big D has the upper hand as he nail a runing powerbomb into a corner. The cover … 1-2-KICKOUT! Vanity turns it into a small package 1-2-KICKOUT, Big D reverts it into a Manistol Cradle 1-2-KICKOUT! The two men pop up and eye each other as the crowd actually politely applauds some real wrestling! The two men lock up again, but Wood beat Big D to the punch by raking his eyes then nailing a knee lift to Big D that knocks the wind out of him. Wood begins to set up for his Flashbulb (Superkick). Gozinya stands up, grabs the chair and begins circling the ring and slides in on the side. Wood goes for the Flashbulb WHACK!!!! GOZINYA HAS NAILED WOOD WITH THE CHAIR!!! Destroyer eyes Gozinya who motions for Big D to go to a corner and says something to him. Gozinya pulls out a pair of handcuffs and locks them on behind Wood’s back!!! Wood stumbles to his feet and WHACK!!! Gozinya lays him out again. Gozinya grabs a microphone and stands over Wood. "So - you want to run your mouth behind my back about running The Penthouse and how you should be in charge? Well, this is called ‘Tough Love.’ I’m in charge. And if you ain’t going to listen to me out of respect, you’re going to listen to me out of FEAR! And, should Vegita manage to defeat me, you’ll NEVER run The Penthouse as long as there is air in my lungs!" Gozinya then hits about three more chairshots on Wood and props him up in a corner. He places the chair over Wood’s bleeding face and gets a running start! Gozinya nails a vicious drop-kick that bends the chair around Wood’s head! Gozinya then leaves the ring and heads to the back as the crowd throws everything available at him. Destroyer pulls Wood out of the corner and stands over him looking pissed at Gozinya who doesn’t even turn around to look back. Big D shrugs, covers Wood and gets the easy 1-2-3...Winner: Big D(New Canadian Champion, Advances Semi-Finals)

Before any music even hits Satan Claus and Seether come brawling out of the back and making their way towards the ting. Satan gets the upper hand and bounces Seether’s noggin off of the nearby announcer’s table. Satan rolls into the ring, bringing Seether with him. Seether is already cut open and Satan Claus comes with a vicious uppercut that launches Seether into the air and onto his back. Satan Claus is running the show as he hits a vicious powerslam on Seether! 1-2-KICKOUT! Satan Claus turns as if he’s going to club the referee and Seether goes for a quick school-boy 1-2-Kickout! Satan picks up Seether and punches him back into a corner and steps back. Satan comes charging with a full head of steam, But Seether bails out of the way and Satan’s shoulder goes crashing into the steel post. Quickly, Seether backs up and nails a superkick on Claus that sends him down on his back. Seether runs over and slaps on a sit-down shoulder tie-up that has Satan screaming. Satan makes his way to his feet and BITES SEETHER! Seether screams as Claus turns the bite into a vicious headbut, he goes for another, but Seether ducks and turns it into a jawbreaker! Quick cover 1-2-KICKOUT! Seether sends Satan to the ropes and both men nail a vicious double clothesline as both men are down! What a match up! From the back, though comes one of those damn Bendahos! He slides in the ring with a chair as Seether and Claus make it to their feet. The Bendaho - I’m not sure if it’s nueve or seis - goes for Seether! Seether ducks the shot and the Bendaho nails Claus! The Bendaho turns around and Seether nails him with an Evenflow DDT!!! Claus is still out after the chair shot and Seether hits a top-rope leg drop. 1-2-3!!!....Winner: Seether(Advances to Semi-Finals)

Gozinya comes out first, he's holding his head from the chairshot last match. Next out is X, he runs down to the ring and slides in...Gozinya kicks him numerous times in the side. He then lifts him up, and does a nice Sambo Suplex on X. He then throws him out of the ring, and slides out with him. He punches X a few times, then calls for a Piledriver on the concrete. He goes for it, but X flips him over his head. Gozinya lands hard on the concrete, X turns around and kicks him a few times. X lifts up Gozinya and throws him in the ring, He goes to throw Gozinya against the ropes...but Gozinya reverses it. X flips over him, and nails a BEATDOWN...and X covers him grabbing a handful of tights...1...2..3...He slides off of him, and out of the ring quick...Gozinya jumps up pissed off..What could've been a great match.becomes a fluke....Winner: Xavier "X" Channel(Retains TV Title, Advances to Finals)

Destro comes out first Canadian Title over his shoulder. He gets in the ring, as the 4 Time Heavyweight Champion holds it high. Next out is Seether, Seether has been roughed up through this Tourney..but it should be good. Seether stares into the ring, and out of the crowd comes X he jumps on the apron with a chair behind Destroyer. He throws him the chair, and jumps up and does a Springboard Dropkick into it. Destro drops the chair and turns around Dazed. Seether nails a Seether Spear, then picks him up quick and does a Spike Piledriver on the Steel Chair with X jumping off the top ropes pushing him down..Seether gets the cover as Vanity, Dav, and Chef are running down...1,2,3...Seether rolls out of the ring and grabs the title to face X in the finals..They slide out together then realize they're facing each other. They give a quick stare then run opposite ways through the crowd...Winner: Seether(New Canadian Champion...Advances to Finals)

First out comes, he looks exhausted. He comes to the ring as "X is comin" blasts over the P.A. system. X walks to the ring, TV Title around his waist. He gets in the ring, and stands in the corner. Next "Spybreak" by the Propeller heads hits..and out comes Seether to another great pop. He's walking to the ring with the Canadian Heavyweight Title around his waist. He slides into the ring, and stares at X. X walks up to him, and they give each other props then hand both titles to the referee. They step back, then start brawling...Both men lock up, and they aren't holding back, they're both punching each other over and over. Seether does a Backtrip, but X does a Backhandspring to his feet. Seether runs at him, but X does a Drop Toe Hold....and puts Seether legs in a crossing position slides his in, and he's got the Mexican Figure 4 on, he's fall back on it a couple times..but Seether grabs the ropes. X has such great Technical Skill it's amazing, X grabs Seether..but Seether pops his arm up and slides behind X he does a Release German Suplex...showing that he too can rumble technically. X stands up, and looks back at him..and the crowd stands and claps for both of their abilities. Seether & X go to lock up again, but X throws a Knee and slings Seether into the ropes..He goes for a Street Kick(Superkick)..but Seether ducks imbehind him, spins X around and nails an Even Flow DDT!!! One of his trademark moves..He covers X One, Two, Thr...Kickout...Oh my god, I thought it was over with that quick. Seether stands up X, and throws him outside. Seether climbs to the top ropes, and jumps off with a Legdrop onto him. X's head hits hard on the concrete. Seether covers X, the ref takes a second to get outside then counts 1,2,...Kickout..Oh my god, the crowd gives a big "ooooh." Seether lifts up X, and goes to sling him against the railing..but X reverses him and slings him into the railing..He throws him so hard, he falls on his Knee. Seether hits the railing hard..He holds his back for a second, then he notices X getting up very slowly..He runs and SMACK..Nails him with the Seether Spear, the crowd is on it's feet. He covers X..One, Two, Thr...Kickout...OH MY GOD..X is spitting up blood. Seether hesitates for a second, but knows X would want him to keep fighting. He lifts up X in a bearhug and runs him hard into the steel post. He then picks up X and rolls him into the ring. He climbs into the ring, and locks on a Snake Eyes(Crippler Crossface) on X...X sits there and screams out for a few minutes, he inches towards the ropes..but Seether sits his weight down....Finally, X gets up to his knees, and does a forward roll..then springs up to his feet. You can tell he's a little dizzy, but Seether grabs at him..but X ducks, and grabs both of Seether's leg's and puts him in Ghetto Pain(Lion Tamer)...Seether can't go anywhere...He screams out, and starts Elbowing at X's leg, but it doesn't work..finally, he works his way to the ropes...the Ref calls for the break, and X stumbles back...Seether is back up but limping a little now...X grabs him, and throws him against the ropes.....Seether hits the ropes, X goes for a Clothesline..Seether ducks, hits the ropes again..goes for the Seether Spear, X jumps over him....Seether holds up and comes back at him, but X kicks him in the gut and goes for the Beatdown(Pumphandle to Tombstone)....but Seether flips over turns him around and lifts him up in the Spike Piledriver....but X does a Frankensteiner from that flipping Seether over him..but Seether gets back up to his feet fast, X runs at him and nails the BULLET!!!!.....He covers him quick One, Two, Three...OH MY GOD X IS KING OF THE FOREST!!! He stumbles to his feet, and the crowd is cheering as they had thought X had left Canada for good..He helps Seether up, as Cabbie and Vegita come out to help they Seether & X hug after a great match..What a PPV...Winner: Xavier Channel(King of the Forest, and NEW Canadian Champion)
