Tess

Tess, shown here at 8 months, is a real handful! Her love of life and strong spirit will never be daunted!!! She is being shown on a very limited basis and has already won back-to-back Reserve Winners Bitch from the 6-9 month class and Winners Bitch for a two point show at the tender age of ten months. When she moves into the ring, she seems to say..Hey look at me!! We have had a few problems with her, because she really wants to jump up and kiss the judge when they come by. It is very hard for her to just stand still for any length of time.
She is a 1/2 sister to Khan and really gives all of the older dogs fits. It is beyond her to understand why they tire out and she is still ready to go. She came home to me when she was 8 weeks old and the first time I took her outside, she was sure that she should run right over to the neighbors full grown dog (who hates small animals). Also to her ever increasing list of events that will 'shorten' my life is launching herself from the top of a six foot fence, jumping up on a shade cloth on the dog run and running around on it and of course there was the marathon jumping from bed to bed in a motel room. As far as she is concerned everyone and everything lives to make her life happy.
She cannot have a dog bed in her crate because she will happily shred it. It has made life very interesting around my house.
Her co-owner, Christina Ghimenti, swears that Tess was a puppy that learned to get out of her kitchen in the shortest time on record. It will be fun to watch her mature, I just do not think she will ever really 'grow up'
Here is Tess at 10 months winning her first 2 points. She is being expertely handled by Nancy Shepherd.
