Outcast

Lyla looks very different in this one than she did in As Darkness Falls. Since Lucy had already been working on Xena for a while, I'd imagine a lot of it has to do with the fact that she was in better shape.

She shows an awful lot of cleavage. Reminds me of Cyrene!

I really feel sorry for her when she tries to make a purchase and the prices suddenly go up. That's not right!

Lyla has a thing for the color purple…she wears a lot of it!

Lucy just doesn't make a very convincing housewife. It's not her fault…just something in her demeanor and bearing.

I love the following exchange:
Salmoneous: Lyla…Does she remind you of anyone we know?
Hercules: Now that I think about it, she looks a little like Xena.
Salmoneous: Yeah, different disposition though, huh?

Lariphone doesn't look a thing like her sister, Lyla.

Jon Brazier is a familiar looking face…he was in Vanishing Act and A Dirty Half Dozen.

An old friend plays the magistrate as well. It's the same actor who played King Lineus in Warrior…Princess.

Kieffer is a cute little guy!

Salmoneous has the softest heart, despite his gruff exterior!

Zeus brought Lyla back? I still haven't quite got that one figured out!

Little Kieffer waves goodbye to Hercules, who must be too cool to wave back. How rude!

This episode proves once again that I am NOT a Hercules fan. If it weren't for Lucy, this episode would have held no interest for me.
