Leutenant Stone was Bulk and Skull's commanding officer when they joined the Angel Grove Junior Police. Their antics were most usually the begining of the trouble both he and they got into. Hoewever, after so many adventures, Leutenant Stone was fired from the Angel Grove Police Force. He thanked Bulk and Skull for giving him the chance to live out a life long dream of owning his own detective agency. He asked Bulk and Skull to join him, and they eagerly agreed.
