Jen is the leader of the group for the most part. She is very focused, and dedicated to defeating Ransik and locking him up. Ransik seemingly killed Jen's fiancee, Alex, making Jen obsessive in her quest for revenge against Ransik, which sometimes clouds her judgement. Jen used to put up a cold, business-only front, because afraid of opening up and showing her true feelings, and she didn't want to show any weakness to anyone. She was especially hard on Wes at first, because she didn't want anyone to take Alex's place as Red Ranger, and because he didn't go through Time Force training. Jen has warmed up conciderably, especially to Wes, even developing a romantic interest in him. During a trip to 3000, when Wes sent them back just before the final battle, Jen returned her engagement ring to Alex, definitively ending their relationship. She and the other Rangers returned to 2001 because none of them wanted to let Wes fight alone (and having their memories of their time in 2001 wasn't too appealing to them either). After the battle ended, and Ransik was arrested after turning himself in, she and Wes revealed that they loved each other, but they both knew that it wouldn't work because they both knew which time they belonged in, but you can bet that neither of them will ever forget the other. It was time for the Time Force officers to return to their own time.
