So far, this has been the perfect night. Xander surprised me and brought me to the movies tonight, instead of our usual picnic under the stars. Well, it is our third anniversary after all. And to be perfectly honest, I hate eating outside.

It gives me indigestion.

But tonight has just been absolutely wonderful. The theater was completely empty when we got here, thanks to my Xander working his mojo. We got here early, so we passed time the only way we know how to.

Mmmmm, and what a way to pass time. That tongue ring was certainly a good idea, if I do say so myself.

Afterwards, we sat in the theater seats and snuggled while we watched the previews, cause everyone knows they're the best part of the movie. My lover is so sweet he even remembered to get my Junior Mints.

As the opening strains of "The Fox and the Hound" began to play, Xander passed me the jumbo sized tub of popcorn. And Xander's right.

The Slayer blood is much tastier than plain old butter.
