The Enterprise C

Little is known about this mysterious ship that bore the gallant name of its predecessors. Commanded by Captain Rachel Garrett, The Enterprise-C was lost and presumed destroyed near Narendra III in 2344, responding to a distress call from the Klingon outpost on Narendra III, under a massive Romulan attack. During the battle, a torpedo explosion opened a temporal rift, and the Enterprise-C was sent some 22 years forward in time. It made its only television appearance in the episode from Star Trek:The Next Generation, entitled Yesterday's Enterprise, creating an alternate universe that saw some of our favorites return, most notably Denise Crosby as Lt. Natasha Yar. Still alive in this timeline, she volunteered to return with the Enterprise C to help defend Narendra III against the Romulans. Once the Enterprise-C returned through the temporal rift, the time flow returned to normal, and history was restored to its proper shape.
