Rowlf is the most creative of the Muppet Babies. He provides the music for their games. Rowlf spends a lot of time alone because he's busy writing songs. The other Muppet Babies understand this and (usually) keep their interruptions to a minimum. Rowlf doesn't mind the occasional interruption. Sometimes Rowlf gets frustrated when he's having trouble writing a song, but his music has a way of cheering up anyone who is sad.
