Jarod and Elliot made their way down the stairs. Spike and Parker quit dancing when they saw the two men flashing Mike their badges. Mike pushed his female companion into the guys and took off running through the crowd. Olivia nudged Buffy and the two women chased him outside.

"I'll go this way!" Buffy shouted as she took off in a different direction from Olivia.

Mike was running down the street when Buffy pounced on him. Both went rolling along the sidewalk. By the time Olivia got to them, Mike was lying face down on the sidewalk with Buffy sitting on his back.

"Get off me bitch!" Mike yelled.

"Now that's no way to talk to a lady." Olivia handed Buffy a pair of handcuffs.

By the time the other four arrived to help Buffy, Olivia had Mike up from the ground.

"Good job," Elliot replied as Jarod pushed Mike against a wall.

"I haven't done anything!" Mike shouted at them.

"Then why did you run?" Buffy asked him.

"You were cops." Mike looked over at Jarod and Elliot.

"All we want is some information." Jarod got face to face with him.

"What do you want to know?" Mike asked as his head stayed turned toward the guys.

Elliot turned Mike around so he could look at everyone. "I want to know what you know about Kerri missing?" Jarod spoke.

"Kerri? She's missing?"

"Don't play stupid with me." Jarod got into his face again.

"I swear. Her mother didn't say a word."

"When was the last time you saw her?" Olivia came closer to him.

"Two nights ago. I was suppose to go to the movies with them but I had to go to work."

"You haven't spoken with Laura since?" Buffy asked.

"I talked to her this morning. I swear she didn't say a word about Kerri." Mike's eyes began to water. "I love that girl like she is my own."

Jarod grabbed Elliot by the arm, and the two men backed off. "I think he is telling the truth." Jarod spoke first.

"I think so too," Elliot answered the pretender.

Jarod walked back toward Mike. "If I find out you are lying to me, I will be back with everyone of these guys." Jarod pointed toward the people behind him.

"You are going to believe this idiot?" Miss Parker piped up.

"Yes, Parker," Jarod replied.

"Can you believe *our* partners are going believe this idiot after the hard work *we* did to find him?" Parker turned toward Olivia and she gave her a wink.

"Yeah. Elliot does this to me all the time, and I'm tired of it." Olivia faced Parker.

"Liv, you know..." Elliot tried to speak.

Olivia raised her hand to Elliot's chest. "I don't want to hear it," she snapped as she turned her back to him. Olivia didn't face her partner.

Parker walked over to Mike. "What do you say ladies, should we take Mike around the corner and beat the shit out of him?" Parker glanced over at Olivia and Buffy.

"Yeah." Buffy joined in. "I'm always looking for a good fight."

Parker grabbed Mike by the ear and dragged him into the alley. Olivia and Buffy followed.

"Ladies, wait?" Elliot went after them, but Jarod and Spike stopped him.

Parker slammed Mike against the wall. "Look here, Mike, I want to know what you know about Kerri's father?"

"He is a Mafia crime boss. What else do you want to know?"

"I want to know how you managed to keep Laura and live to tell about it if he such a big crime boss?" Parker was practically spitting her words right in his face.

"He didn't want her anymore." Mike looked around the alley.

"Scared someone is going to get you?" Buffy asked.

"No." Mike tried to look calm.

"I think you are." Olivia added.

"What else do you know?" Parker began asking questions again.

"I swear I don't know anything." Mike assured her.

"If we let you go, will you promise to call if any information on Kerri turns up?" Parker glared at him.

Mike shook his head yes. He didn't know if he was more scared of the three women staring back at him or the crime boss himself.

Olivia pulled out a card from her tiny purse with her cell number on it. She handed it to Mike.

"I promise." Mike said as they took the handcuffs off of him and watched him run down the alley.

The three women emerged from the alley to find Elliot pacing. "What's wrong?" Olivia approached him.

"Nothing." He put his hand on the small of her back and followed her down the sidewalk.

******

When they reached their building, Olivia took her shoes off. "I'm not used to running in heels."

"Maybe you should try my shoes sometimes." Parker laughed.

"If you would leave me alone you wouldn't have to run in heels." Jarod spoke sarcastically.

Parker shot him a look.

"Come on partner, I will find you something to soak your feet in." Elliot helped Olivia to her room.

"I want to change clothes first." Olivia headed in her room.

When Olivia came out of the bathroom, she was wearing a tank top and lounge pants.

"Come over here." Elliot patted on the bed.

Olivia sat down next to him, propped up against the pillows on her bed. Elliot took on foot and began to massage it.

"Why are you do this?" Olivia asked him as he started at her ankle and moved down her toes.

"Do you want me to quit?" Elliot glanced back at her.

"No. That feels good. Tell me what you are thinking?" Olivia touched his shoulder.

Elliot turned to face his partner. He grabbed her other foot and gently massaged the arch of her foot. "I thought we could be alone."

"Alone?" Her eyes stared into his.

"I wanted to talk you without everyone else."

"Oh." Olivia didn't move her eyes off of him. "Talk."

"So what do you think about Jarod and Miss Parker? I think there is more to them than we know." Elliot posed talk.

"Elliot, why do I get the feeling this is about more than Jarod and Miss Parker?"

"Mmm." Elliot glanced back up into her eyes. "How come you know me so well?"

"Mmm. We have been partners for seven years." Olivia moved her leg up closer to her.

Elliot laughed. "I guess so."

There was a knock at the door. "Come in." Olivia answered.

The door opened and Miss Parker came through. "I just wanted to see how your feet were doing."

Elliot got up from the bed. "I am going to bed. I will check on you in the morning." He headed out.

"Tell me Miss Parker, why do I get the feeling you don't really care about my feet?"

"Wow, you are good at reading faces." Parker walked over to the bed. "May I?"

Olivia nodded yes.

Parker sat on the edge of the bed. "I just couldn't stand being in there with monkey boy anymore."

"Tell me Miss Parker, what's the story between the two of you?"

"What do you mean?" Parker started to get angry.

"Calm down. I don't want to intrude. It was just a question." Olivia pulled both of her legs up to her chest.

"Jarod and I have a history. It is a long drawn out demented relationship."

"Why the names?"

"We hurt each other, and I guess it is our way of getting even with one another."

"Maybe the pain should stop." Olivia looked over at Miss Parker.

"Maybe." Parker fell silent. "But I'm not sure we can get past that point."

"I'm sure you can. Jarod seems like a very nice man."

"Too nice." Parker continued.

"I can see by the look in your eyes that maybe he means more than you let on." Olivia couldn't help but push a little bit more.

Parker stood from the bed. "Don't say that!" Parker's voice got louder.

"I think it is true, or you wouldn't be so defensive." Olivia never moved from her seat.

"Ok, there was this one time I let my guard down." Parker sat back down on the bed. This time she leaned against the other pillow on the bed.

"I don't know why you have to be such a hard ass. You seem like you could be a very nice lady."

"That's what Jarod tells me."

"See." Olivia stared at the wall in front of her.

"I better go," Parker replied.

"What's your hurry?" Olivia asked the brunette.

"I should go to bed before I spill all my secrets." Parker got up from the bed. "Goodnight." Parker opened the door and hastily left.

Olivia yawned and looked over at the clock. She was tired and needed some sleep too. She slid under the covers and fell asleep.

***

A little while later, Olivia heard a noise. She rolled over and looked at the clock. "5 Am." She got up to investigate and found Jarod typing at his computer in the kitchen.

"Do you ever sleep?" Olivia asked as she came closer to him.

"Not really." Jarod kept on typing.

Olivia saw the Pez dispensers lined up in a row. "Did you eat all of these?"

Jarod shook his head yes. "It helps me think." Jarod stared at the computer screen.

Olivia touched his hands so Jarod would have to stop what he was doing. Jarod glanced up. "What?"

"Tell me why this is so important to you?" Olivia asked as she stared into his brown eyes.

"It just is." Jarod's eyes never left Olivia's. "Let's just say I know how the girl feels." Jarod stared back down at his computer screen.

Olivia backed away. "I will leave you at it." She headed back to her room and crawled back into bed. She must have fallen back to sleep because the next thing Olivia heard was her cell phone ringing.

"Hello." Olivia yawned.

"Olivia?"

"Yeah." She sat up in bed.

"It's Mike."

Olivia was now awake. "Yeah."

"You told me to call if I found out anything."

"What is it?" Olivia asked.

"I talked to Laura. She said the alarm never went off in the house the night Kerri was taken."

"That is interesting. How come she didn't seem upset when you talked to her?" Olivia asked.

"She said she was told to act like nothing ever happen."

"She was upset when she talked to me." Olivia stated.

"I don't know. I have to go." Mike hung up the phone.

"Mike wait!" Olivia shouted into the phone. Olivia jumped up out of bed and threw on some clothes. She quickly came out of her room. "Jarod!" She yelled.

"What?" Jarod jumped from his chair.

"Mike called. I think it was an inside job."

"I'm going with you." Jarod grabbed his jacket.

"What about everyone else?" Olivia asked.

"Let them sleep."

Elliot came out of his room as they reached the door. "What's going on?"

"We are headed to Laura's house. I think it was an inside job." Olivia turned to see him standing there in lounge pants and an under shirt.

"Wait for me!" Elliot headed back into his room.

"Hurry." Jarod pleaded.

It didn't take Elliot long. He came out in a pair of jeans. He pulled a shirt over his other one and followed them out.

Laura Hayes's house
8 am

They got to the front door. Jarod turned to the two detectives. "Follow my lead." He knocked on the door. Laura peeked around the curtain on the door. "Yes?"

"Mrs. Hayes. I'm Detective Mitchell, a private detective." Jarod flashed a badge at her.

Elliot and Olivia exchanged looks.

"I'm with the detectives investigating the disappearance of your daughter."

"David said there would be no police." Laura opened the door slightly.

"Mr. Morelli hired us, ma'am. We will wait here if you want to check." Jarod didn't move from his spot.

"What can I help you with?" Laura opened the door wider.

"Ma'am. I know it is early but I was wondering if I could take a look around in your daughter's room. It is very important."

Laura saw Olivia and Elliot standing behind him. "Yeah. Sure. Come on in." She opened the door for them. The three entered the house. "Her room is down the hall and to your left."

Jarod walked into her room. He saw posters of her favorite music group hanging on the wall. Barbie dolls were piled in a corner like they hadn't been touched in a while. "Did you make the bed?" He glanced back at Laura.

"Yeah. I wanted it to be the way she leaves it in the mornings." Laura stood in the doorway.

Jarod turned to face the window that was to the left of the bed. He walked over to it and looked out. He could see a footprint in the soil where some flowers grew.

"Have you been out this window lately?" Jarod turned to look at Laura.

"No. Why?"

"Just wondering." Jarod glanced out one more time before facing the bed again. Elliot and Olivia came further into the room around and began investigating.

"Did your house alarm go off the night your daughter was missing?" Jarod asked.

"No." Laura's expression changed as if she was wondering why he would ask that question.

Jarod already knew the answer to that but he wanted to see if she would answered the truth. "Does your daughter have any brothers or sisters?"

"Her father has two sons and one daughter besides Kerri." Laura came further in the room. "Why do you ask?"

"Just trying to get the facts, ma'am." Jarod walked around the room some more. "Detectives, I think we are finished here." He glanced over at the two staring back at him.

"Are you sure?" Elliot asked he watched Jarod leave the room. Olivia glanced over at her partner. She followed Jarod out.

When they reached the door Jarod turned to her. "I have one more question."

"Sure." Laura turned the door knob.

"Have any of the other children been in your house recently?" Jarod asked her.

"Maybe. I don't know for sure."

"Ok. Sorry to bother you." Jarod walked out onto the porch. Elliot and Olivia followed him.

"What was all that about?" Elliot asked as he came up behind Jarod.

"I think Kerri knew who took her. I don't think she was afraid of them." Jarod stared back at the house. "I think Ms. Hayes might know too." Jarod walked over to the car and waited on the two detectives to catch up with him.

"Where to next?" Elliot asked as he climbed into the driver's seat.

"Our precinct. I have to see someone." Olivia glanced over at Elliot.

SVU Squad room

Olivia walked in ahead of the two guys.

"Benson. Stabler. In my office now!" The captain shouted as he saw them enter.

"We will be right back." Olivia turned to Jarod.

They entered Cragen's office.

"I want to know what is going on?"

"What?" Elliot and Olivia exchanged looks.

"I got a message from the chief that the two of you were going to be working on a case that he couldn't discuss with me. When I told him I need the two of you here, he informed me it was none of my business and not to ask questions."

"I don't know, Cap." Elliot glanced from his partner back to Cragen.

"Quit looking at each other and look at me!" Cragen's voice got louder.

"We were told not to talk about it." Olivia kept her eyes on the Captain.

"Then I found out you are running all over the city with a bunch of other investigators." Cragen stared out his window. "I'm assuming he is one of them." Cragen pointed toward Jarod.

Olivia saw Jarod sitting at her desk. He picked one of pictures and set it back down.

"If you swear not to tell anyone because we need some help." Olivia looked back at the Captain.

"Enough with the secrets. Just tell me."

"David Morelli's daughter is missing, and he has us working on the case."

"Morelli as in the Mafia?"

"Yes." Elliot spoke.

"So you are working with the Mafia now?" Cragen moved to the front of his desk.

"It is not like we had a choice." Olivia replied.

"Captain. Please, can we forget we had this conversation?" Olivia walked up to him.

"Fine. What do you need?"

Olivia saw Fin walk in. "Actually, I need to see a detective." She headed out, straight to Fin.

"Fin, I need a favor." Olivia whispered over his shoulder.

Fin turned around to see the detective standing there. "What is it?"

"I need you to do a little digging on David Morelli."

"Are you crazy? DO you have a death wish?" Fin asked her.

"I need more information about his sons, mainly." Olivia stared back at him.

"Why me?"

"Cause you have connections."

"Connections? I don't know what you are talking about." Fin stood face to face with her.

"From your undercover days." She stared back without batting an eye. "Please, Fin. I need your help."

Fin couldn't say no. He knew what it was like to want the bad guy. "Ok. Liv, if I get killed..."

"You won't. I promise."

"Don't promise something you can't keep."

"Trust me, Fin. I have a very good idea you will be safe." Olivia winked at him as she turned to Jarod sitting at her desk. "Ready?"

"Yeah." The pretender got up and exited the squad room. Olivia and Elliot were not far behind him.

******

The three headed back to their living quarters. As they walked in, Parker demanded. "Where have you three been?"

"Work." Elliot replied.

Dee Dee came up to them. "How did it go last night?"

"Very interesting." Elliot answered. "I saw my partner do things I didn't know my partner could do." Elliot laughed.

Olivia gave him a shove. "You would be surprised at the things you don't know." She walked off leaving he wanting to know more.

Hunter spoke up, "Dee Dee was my partner for a year before I knew she could sing."

"See, the things they hide from us." Elliot replied.

"So, who you thing is behind this?" Olivia asked Jarod, trying to change the conversation.

"I think it's one of the sons, but I don't think he's the one behind it." Jarod paced the floor.

"Excuse me." Parker walked over to the phone.

"What are you doing?" Jarod asked.

"I have a phone call to make." Parker hit the hands free button and dialed her number.

"Where did we get the phone?" Olivia asked as she sat down at the table.

"Melvin." Parker said softly. "The phone wasn't the only thing we got." Parker looked over at the bar. Olivia and Elliot followed her eyes to see their guns lying there.

Elliot retrieved their guns and handed Olivia hers.

"Broots." The tech answered the phone.

Jarod raised an eyebrow inquisitively at Parker.

"Broots. You lovable moron," Parker said in her rough voice.

"Uh...Miss...Parker."

"Boots, quit shaking in your shoes and listen to me."

"What?"

"I need you to look into someone for me."

"Who?" Broots asked quivering.

"I need you to get me all the information about David Morelli's sons." Parker bent down over the phone.

"When?"

"Today Broots!" Parker shouted.

"Ok." Broots fell silence for a few minutes. "Anything else?"

"No. Call me back on my cell."

"Ok. When are you coming back?"

"Having a party, are we?" Parker raised an eyebrow.

"Well...yeah...I mean..."

Parker hit the end button and hung up on the tech. She looked up to see everybody staring at her. "What?"

"No." Broots finished his sentence to only realize Parker had hung up on him.

Jarod went back to his computer. "Maybe I can find something."

Two hours passed. "I feel like we should be doing something." Buffy replied.

"Hunter, maybe you can help us out more than we think." Jarod glanced up to see the older cop staring back.

"How?" Hunter asked.

"Your father is the mob. Morelli is the mob." Jarod said without looking down at his computer screen.

"My father is in the mob in California *not* New York and besides we don't talk." Hunter commented.

"It's true. They don't talk." McCall verified.

"I don't care if you talk or not. Maybe he can help anyway." Parker replied that time.

Hunter looked Jarod in the eye. "How do you know about my father?"

"Let's just say I know a lot of people." Jarod raised his eyebrow again.

Then Olivia's cell phone rang. "Fin." She walked away so she wouldn't disrupt the coversation.

It wasn't long before she came back. "Fin said the sons' names are Jeremy and Colton. Jeremy is seventeen. Colton is fourteen."

"I think we should check out Jeremy." Hunter spoke.

Then Parker's phone rang. "Broots, that was fast."

"That just means I am good. And besides, I was afraid..."

Parker pictured him sitting in the chair attempting to be badass. "Today Broots!" Parker shouted.

"Uh right. Jeremy is..."

"Seventeen. We know that already." Parker talked to him.

"Did you know that his mother, Karen, doesn't like David's daughter, Kerri?"

"Now that is interesting. What else?"

"Jeremy would do anything for his mother."

"A momma's boy! I hate mommy's boys." Parker glanced up to see Jarod staring back.

"I think it is Jeremy and his mother." Jarod finally spoke.

"Jarod's there?" Broots asked.

"Hi. Mr. Broots."

"Broots, you know nothing. Got it." Parker snapped.

"You are not going to believe what is going around here."

"Broots, did you hear me!" Parker yelled.

"Yeah, I heard you. I just thought you would want to know that Sydney is missing."

"Syd?" Parker sounded like she cared.

"Uh oh." Broots stopped what he was saying to feel a gun in his back. "Got to go." Broots was short. The balding reached went to hang up the phone when a hand from behind stopped him.

"Miss Parker, it is nice to hear from you."

"Lyle." Parker's voice was low and deep.

"Hello sis. Now here is what is going to happen. You are going to get back to Blue Cove right now and no one gets hurt."

"I'm not scared of you, Lyle. Besides, I don't answer to you." Parker stood straight up.

Parker heard a gun click. "Miss Parker, I suggest you get back here NOW!" Mr. Raines replied as he breathed in deep.

"Look here you sick son-of-a-bitch, if you touch one hair on his head I will put a bullet in yours."

"He is safe for now. How safe he stays is up to you." Raines answered.

"Oh and bring Jarod back...ALIVE!" Lyle hung up the phone.

"Damn!" Parker spun around to where her back was to the rest of the people.

"By the way, how is daddy?" Jarod asked.

Parker pulled her gun as she turned back around.

"Or shall I say uncle." Jarod's eyebrow rose as he spoke.

Everybody jumped back. "Miss Parker, put down the gun," Olivia pled calmly.

Spike pulled up a chair and sat down in it. "Finally some action."

Buffy hit him in the nose.

"The nose!" Spike yelled.

"Relax. She is not going to shoot me. She doesn't have the authority to." Jarod's hand was held out to protect Olivia, who was closest to him.

"Don't bet on it. You heard him. I am to bring you back."

"Alive, Parker." Jarod grabbed Olivia's gun from her holster.

"That doesn't mean I can't shoot you." Parker held hand her gun steady.

"Whoa." Olivia and Elliot said in unison.

"Jarod, give me the gun." Olivia pleaded with him.

"Not until she gives up hers." Jarod held the gun on his predator.

"You've got mail," was heard from the notebook.

Jarod turned his head to the sound. Neither one let go of their guns. They stood there staring at each other for a few more minutes. Then Jarod dropped his and handed it back to Olivia. He turned his attention to the mailbox on the computer. Jarod hit the receive button. He watched the pictures upload.

"NO!" He shouted as he wrapped his hands around is head.

"What is it?" McCall asked.

"No." Jarod watched article after article open. He knew what the Centre had done. They killed off the people Jarod had helped in the past.

Parker could see the tears starting to flow from Jarod's eyes. She lowered her gun and placed it back in it's holster. "What is it, Jarod?" She asked.

"They are all dead." Jarod flew past Parker and headed to his room.

Parker grabbed the screen and turned it around. She recognized some of the people. She had worked on the same cases at the Centre, when she was bringing him in. Then she took off after him. "Jarod." Miss Parker knocked on his bedroom door.

"Go away!" Jarod shouted through the door.

"Jarod, let me in, or I will kick the door in."

Jarod knew she was capable of doing it so he opened the door slightly. When Miss Parker stormed in, Jarod was packing his bag.

"What are you doing?" Parker asked.

"I'm leaving." Jarod stood up to see Parker standing next to him.

Parker grabbed his hand. "You can't quit now."

"Why? It's over." Jarod turned his back on her. "In case you forgot, they own us, Parker. Did you forget about the clone, *our* mothers, Thomas, or even Ethan for that matter?"

"The clone?" Olivia asked as she stood outside his room with everyone else.

"Thomas and Ethan?" McCall asked.

"Your mothers?" Buffy asked.

"Who are these people?" Elliot asked this time.

"The clone, was me, just fifteen years younger." Jarod informed them as he kept throwing clothes in a suitcase.

"Who is Thomas?" McCall asked again.

"He was my lover, that Jarod sent me to get off his ass." Parker replied.

"I only wanted you happy, Parker."

"Yeah, until they killed him. Thanks, Jarod." Parker's eyes teared up at the thought of Thomas.

"Ethan?" Hunter inquired.

"OUR brother." Parker and Jarod said in unison.

"Brother?" Buffy queried.

"Yeah, another little sick joke by the Centre." Jarod informed them.

"What happen to your mothers?" Buffy asked.

"Raines killed my mother. The sick son-of-a-bitch, one day I will kill that bastard." Parker assured them.

"My mother is missing with the rest of my family, thanks to the Centre." Jarod slammed his suitcase shut. he went to grab it off the bed when Parker stopped him.

"Jarod, I know how you feel about finding that girl. You are not going to walk away and leave her to die. I know you too well."

Jarod turned slightly to see everybody standing in the doorway. "Ok, I'm here until we get the girl, then I am gone." Jarod sat his suitcase back on the floor.

"We all are." Parker walked closer to him. She reached out to touch him when he pulled away. Parker turned to walk out when she saw everyone staring at them. "What are you staring at?" Parker brushed past them.

"Nothing, luv. Just that I thought Buffy and I had all this pent up sexual frustration going on." He smirked at her frowning face.

Olivia rolled her eyes at Spike as she followed Parker out. "Wait." Olivia touched Parker's shoulder.

Parker turned to face her. "Jarod and I have been through a lot and...I don't want to talk about it." Parker slammed her bedroom door shut.

It was very quiet in the building. Buffy went to gym to practice some moves. When she got there, she found Elliot already lifting weights.

Elliot looked up to see the blonde enter to room. "Am I in your way?" Elliot set down the weights and went over to the bench.

"No, I have plenty of room." Buffy set down a towel and a bottle of water.

Elliot lay down on the bench and began lifting again. Buffy practiced some punches on the bag, then picked up a weapon to practice stabbing. Spike entered the room. "Mind if I join you?"

Buffy glared at him and threw a weapon toward him. Spike and Buffy danced around the floor.

It wasn't long before Olivia came searching for her partner. She watched the two move around the room before she made her way to Elliot. "Hey." Olivia bent down to look in the detective's eyes. Elliot set the weights down and sat up.

"I think we should watch the house." Elliot finally spoke.

"Me too. I think we should keep surveillance on Jeremy." Olivia agreed.

"Then let's get up there and bring this team back together." Elliot stood and headed back up to the central room.

Buffy and Spike quickly followed.

Jarod stood in the kitchen pouring himself a drink of water. Miss Parker walked in to get a glass.

"Bitch." Jarod breathed softly.

"Bastard." Parker quickly answered.

"Oh good, they are talking again." Spike leaned against the wall smirking.

Buffy and Olivia both rolled their eyes at the vampire.

"What?" Spike stood straight up.

"I don't know what is going on between the two of you but we have a girl to find. We need everyone working together on this." Olivia stood between the two.

"I'm fine." Jarod glanced over at Parker.

"Me too." Parker answered.

"Ok then let's get busy." Buffy replied.

Hunter came up to the group of people standing in the kitchen. "I talked to my father. He doesn't know anything about David Morelli or his family."

"Are you sure?" Jarod asked.

"That is what he said. I told you *we* don't talk." Hunter informed him again.

"Thanks for trying." Jarod paced the floor.

***

A couple hours later, Hunter got off the phone with his uncle. He headed to Jarod. "I learned something about David Morelli."

"Your father?"

"No, my uncle called me." Hunter sat down next to the pretender. "It seems David Morelli doesn't like anyone who double crosses him, including family." Hunter responded.

"I have had my share of that." Jarod answered.

Hunter looked at him, wondering how he knew about the moffia.

"I was once in the mob. Well, more undercover. I was pretendering to be an FBI agent who was undercover as a maffia guy."

Hunter just stared at the pretender. thinking he was very old. Then Hunter got up from his chair, turned to look over at Jarod one more time before he left, shooking his head in disbelief.

Jarod continued typing away at his laptop.

Part 3
