Lex looked at his first daughters grave. He didn’t know if she was dead or not, but she was gone- missing-. Taisan was gone too, after the baby disappeared she was heartbroken and left- somewhere-. Why did God do this to him? What did he do to deserve this? Well, actually a lot of things, but why did his daughter deserve this? and then his wife? what did they do?
Amber and Bray walked up to Lex. They knew that Lex would be here, he was always there. Ever since Taisan left he was either searching for her, in his room- with something of Taisan’s in his hand- or by his daughters grave.
"Lex come on you cant keep mourning this, it's been nine months already" "Nine months" lex thought. "nine months ago he was holding his daughter in his hands for the last time, nine months ago she disappeared forever" he would never forget that day.

"he and Taisan had just put their daughter, Gabi, to sleep. They went into the cafe' to get some food and when they came back, she was gone and there was some blood on the floor by her crib. Taisan fell to the ground crying, and Lex ran out of the mall in hope of finding Gabi. After a few minutes Bray, Ryan, Ved and Alice were all searching the city. Pride was searching hte mall with Dee, Ebony and Jack. Amber, Ellie, and Trudy were with Taisan while Salene was keeping the kids calm.
Hours later everyone was back in the cafe' except Lex or Ryan
Lex and Ryan came back to the mall around 4 pm the next day.
"Lex!" Taisan said as she ran up to him, hoping that he knew something about where Gabi was. "Hey" he said giving her a hug. " Any luck?" she asked anxiously "No."....................I’m sorry,” he said as Taisan burst into tears in his arms... (end memory thing)
"Lex! Lex, come on lets go" bray said as he put his hand on lex's shoulder. "Fine" Lex said. He then got up and the three of them walked back to the mall. "So Lex why are you always here, doesn’t it hurt so much?" amber asked as they entered the mall. "Well amber, it's hurts worse without them" Lex replied as he slowly walked to his room. "Bray we have to help him!" amber said, she was his friend and she was worried about him. She hadn’t ever seen him like this, not even when Siva was killed, before Taisan came back. " I know, but how?” bray asked, he hadn’t seen Lex like this ever either. When zandra died he was kinda miserable, but he moved on. Now after 9 months, Lex hadn't dated ONE girl.
Just then, a girl with black hair ran into the mall and fainted. "DAL! HELP!" amber screamed Dal (he’s alive) ran down the stairs. He went to check her pulse, " she's dead" he announced as he showed them the knife in her back. "Who is it though?" amber asked
Bray looked at her in disbelief, how could she be alive. Wasn’t she gone? " It’s Danni" he told her.
Part 4- The next day the mall rats, except Lex, went to eagle mountain and buried Danni. Bray said a few words about Danni and so did Salene. The Mall Rats left but Bray stayed behind. “ Good Bye Danni” he said as he placed the necklace she gave him onto the gravestone. “Bray, you loved her, didn’t you?” Amber asked. Bray looked up from the grave, “you were there the whole time?” he asked her. “ Yea, let’s get back to the Mall though” she said. Bray got up and they caught up with the Mall Rats.
Back at the Mall- Lex was studying the note he had gotten about Gabi months after she was kidnapped and Taisan was gone. It said: “Gabi may be dead, but what about Taisan? We know where she is and who has her, but Gabi on the other hand, is dead”’ Then Lex looked at the note he had gotten 4 days ago Taisan is dead. She would not cooperate with us so we had to kill her, she saw Gabi’s dead body and went insane, we are very sorry” “So they’re both dead” he said as a tear went down her cheek and he fell asleep, holding Taisan’s crystal.
Part 5- The next day a visitor in black came to the mall. He walked into Lex’s room. “Lex I have some news for you” “who are you?” “that’s not important I came to tell you that Taisan said that she loves you and that will never change” “ when?” “yesterday” “but isn’t she dead?” “no sir! She’s alive and well.” “how do you know this?” “I’m her brother” “her what!?”
Lex woke up. It was all a dream. Taisan was dead and he had to live with it.
The next day all Lex could think about was Taisan. It was as if he was getting closer and closer to figuring out what happened to Gabi and Taisan. “help me!” a man yelled as he came into the café. “you!” Lex exclaimed as he stood up and grabbed the man by the neck. “Whoa! Lex” Bray said as she grabbed Lex off the man. “Come on Bray it’s the guardian!” Lex yelled at bray. “Lex I want to change!” the guardian pleaded. “ You can’t change and we don’t trust you. So GO!” Lex yelled at him. The guardian got up slowly and ran out of the mall as fast as his feet would carry him. “Lex you could have been nicer!” amber yelled at him.
Lex glared at her and got up.
“Where are you going?!” amber asked. “To my room, where else?” he yelled at her as he walked down the stairs and into his room. “AMBER! That the first time in WEEKS that he has come out of his room! YOU could have been nicer!” Ryan yelled at her and followed Lex.
Part 6- Ryan was pounding on Lex’s door for hours, or so it seemed.
“Ryan! Go away!” Lex yelled at him.“ Lex, just come out of there” Ryan said. “For me” “Who was that?” Lex asked Ryan. “What was what?” he asked. “Lex come out of there for me!” “That! Did you hear that Ryan!?” Lex asked him again. “Yea. I did” Ryan replied as he looked at the person. “Well who is it?” Lex asked. “Don’t you recognize the voice of your own wife?” Ryan said with a smile. “Taisan? No. That’s impossible Ryan! Didn’t you see the note?” “Yes, I did see the note, but I didn’t believe it” (o yea, Lex showed the mall rats the note. For got to tell ya that!) Ryan told him. “ I- I don’t believe you!” Lex said. “Then open the door” Taisan said.
Lex didn’t say anything else, but he didn’t open the door either.
“Come on Taisan” Ryan said as he motioned to the stairs leading to the café. “Hey everyone! Look who’s back!” Ryan said as he and Taisan walked into the café. “Taisan! You’re back!” Salene exclaimed and gave her a hug.” We thought you were dead,” she said. “Yea, I know. I mean, I saw the note.” “You saw it?” Amber asked “ When?” “It’s a long story Amber” she informed them. “Don’t worry Taisan, we’re listening” Bray assured her. “Are you all sure?” she asked them just to be sure they wanted to hear it all. “Yes Taisan we’re positive!” KC told her.
Everyone stared at him, KC wanting to listen to a long story. Maybe he did grow up!
“Okay. Well after Gabi just disappeared I was miserable and seeing Lex all the time was reminding me of Gabi too much, so I left the city.”
Lex walked into the café.
“After a few days in the country I met up with a tribe. They were nice the first month or two, but then they became horrible and wouldn’t let me leave. (I know sounds like one of Magical’s old stories but o well!) I became their prisoner. They started to abuse me every day. Then they started to threaten me and tell me what they were writing to you guys. I couldn’t believe it. They were all lies, some worse than others.” “How did you escape?” Pride asked. “ I didn’t escape. They threw me out because I was injured and could hardly walk.” “Then how did you get back?” “Well I stayed with the Gaians for a while because they were healing me. Then I left to come back to the mall and here I am!” she finished. “Well that sure explains a lot!” Ryan said. “Yea, it does” Lex said.
Taisan and Lex stared at each other. It was silent until Amber spoke up. “ Okay everyone, meeting over!”
Everyone left the café. Lex went to his room and Taisan followed him. “Lex! We have to talk about this!” she said. “Listen Taisan I’m not to happy with you right now, so just go away” “I know Lex, but you must understand, I needed my time.” “Take as much time as you need!” he yelled as he slammed the door in her face.

“Lex!” she yelled but then decided to leave him alone. She went into the café. “Hey Taisan!” Alice said cheerfully as she sat down next to Taisan. “Oh, hi” she said, staring at the table, her mind on Lex. “I thought you’d be with Lex” she said. Taisan didn’t respond. “Earth to taisan!” she said. “oh, sorry” she said. “ I thought you’d be with lex right now” Alice repeated. “Yeah, so did” she said. “He’s mad isn’t he?” Alice said. “No he’s so happy right now.” Taisan said sarcastically. Ignoring her last comment Alice said, “ Well it shouldn’t last too long” “I hope so” she said. “Don’t worry Taisan” Alice said. “ Anyways, if you need a place to stay” “No, It’s alright.” “Alright then, I better get back to Ned” Alice said, and then left.
Lex walked in the café. “Lex I” “Sshh” he as he gave her a kiss. “I thought you were mad!” she said. “No… I was just… well… Never mind” he said. “Why did she have to go?” Taisan said, crying. “I don’t know, but we could” he said. “It wouldn’t be the same though” “I know but it might help get over her” Taisan got up. “Where are you going?” he asked. “Come on lex” she said, pulling him along. They went into their room.
(I’ll let U think about what happens next!) The next day Taisan woke up alone.
“Lex?” she said. Where was he? She waited a few minutes before getting up herself. Since when was Lex awake before her? Wasn’t she always waking him up?
Taisan walked into the café and saw everyone there, except lex.
“Hey do any of you know where lex is?” she asked. “You must have forgotten, he’s city Sheriff still” Amber said. “O, well do you know when he’ll get back?” “Nope, sorry” “Okay, um……… well…. Thanks anyway” she said leaving the café.
TaiSan went into the city to look for Lex. She looked in almost all the sectors and he wasn’t in one. Taisan wanted to keep looking but she was so tired that she had to go back to the mall.
When Taisan got back to the mall he wasn’t there either! “Hey ellie, have you seen lex?” “Yea he was looking for you” “Is he here?” “No he left to go look for you” “O, well if u see him tell him I’ll be in our room” “Okay” ellie replied. Taisan went into their room and fell asleep on the bed.
