Family: Henry has a wife, Lorraine, although she was called Mildred in earlier episodes. He has three children, Andrew, Mollie and Janie, whose pictures line the walls of his office.
Henry Blake was just an ordinary doctor in an ordinary practice until he came to Korea, and he was unprepared for the challenges of command. He could make life or death decisions when it came to medicine, but administration was never his strong suit. Henry's hobbies include golf, fishing, poker and watching dirty movies, courtesy of the Tabasco Film Company of Havana, Cuba.
