He then realized the drops came from the tears he hadn't known he was shedding. Once he realized he was crying, he couldn't bring himself to stop. The pain of losing her consumed him totally, and he wept for the love they had, the love they lost, the love he hoped they'd find again, but most importantly, he wept for the life he'd have to live without her.
