Chapter 1:
Location: Paris
In Suite 321: Alistair Crane was trying to rush his daughter Sheridan from her bedroom.
" come on Sheridan you dont want to be late now do you? we are going to miss our plane if you do not hurry and you dont want that now do you?"
he asked His daughter from the living room of their hotel , Bags packed around them they had been living in paris for the past 14 years ever since Alistair up and left Harmony when Sheridan was at the tender age of two because some things had to get Sheridan out of there ASAP.
" Yes i do want to be late cause i dont want to leave, daddy we have lived here my whole life and you just want to up and leave for some stupid small town in America, what is wrong with Paris, we have loved it here i have great friends and a great education a boyfriend how can you make me leave im happy im never going to be happy anywhere else.
This is so unfair"
Sheridan told her father stamping her feet and dragging her bags to the living room with everything else they were taking with them.
Alistair hated When she was not happy but happy or not they were going and nothing she will say will change that, he knew that she had a lot to loose but she would also gain from this move she would meet new friends, a new boyfriend he was sure the schools over near the country club are just as elegant as the ones here and he was sure the kids there are just as privileged as well.
" You know as well as i do why we are leaving remember i told you a few days ago and please dont say you do not remember i personally cannot your screaming echo out of my head if you keep on like this im going to end up a heart attack and you will meet new friends and you may even locate yourself a new boy better before whats his name. Ben."
Alistair looked at her .
Sheridan rolled her eyes as she brought her mind back a few days earlier just in this hotel where the argument had began.
*****FLASHBACK********
" Sheridan i just had a phone call about someone in our home town who really cares about you so we are moving to a town in New England called Harmony."
Alistair told his young teenage daughter sitting in front of him now after getting off the phone 2 hrs before he knew he had somehow to tell her and he knows how stubborn she is and would not take this lightly.
Sheridan couldnt believe this , how could he do this to her now of all times.
" Father, you cannot make me go, i dont wnat to leave my boyfriend or my friends you have no idea how hard that is to make friends especially froma new town at a new school where you are new and people judge you because you are rich.
Please, dont make me go" Sheridan Pleaded to her father.
Alistair was beginning to become impatient with her stubborness.
" Sheridan you know as well as i do that i know what i am doing and i only do the things that is necessary and important and this move is for life or death so come on this is for the best just go start packing"
Sheridan then threw a tantrum and started to throw things and yell like a 5 yr old who didn't get her favourite toy.
" I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU, I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR RUINING MY LIFE!!! IM NEVER SPEAKING TO YOU AGAIN" Sheridan screamed as she run into her room to sob.
But the next day she calmed down and they made up they could never stay mad at each other for long.

Sheridan was brought back to reality.
" Yes i remember i was just so angry that you made this decisoon without me, and who are we going to see anyway you said someone that cares about me but i dont know anyone or even heard of that town before" Sheridan said as she picked up her bags while Alistair held open the door for her.
He picked up his bags as the bellhop came in and carried the rest of the luggage out of the hotel.
"Time will tell darling, Time will tell"
Alistair said in a very mysterious voice like he knew something and she didn't and that she didn't like but she let it be for the moment.
AS they walked out of their suite and through the hotel to their waiting car that would take them to the airport and onto the small secluded town of Harmony

Chapter 2:
"Flight 101 to Harmony , New England USA arriving shortly, please fasten your seatbelts thank you for flying with us and enjoy your stay" A voice announced through the loud speakers throughout the aircraft.
Sheridan fastened her seatbelt trying to think of something positive coming out of this move she put her hands in her hands and tears began to fall down her cheek.
Alistair saw his daughter sobbing and put his arm around her.
" hey sweetie , its going to be okay, really i know its a huge adjustment but i promise its going to be fine . okay. "
Sheridan put up her head .
"yeah i know guess moving to another place is real emotional for me cause i don't know anyone kinda scary ya know" she explained wiping away her tears.
Alistair smiled at her and she gave him a quick hug then rolled back over in her seat.
5 Minutes later they had landed in Harmony, New England after hours and hours of travelling from Paris they had finally arrived and Sheridan hoped she was not wrong to come she had sacrificed everything for her father and what he said would be in her best interests in this move.
" Father where exactly are we going and who is it that we are seeing"
Sher asked as they walked through the crowds of people at the terminal and toward their waiting car that would take them to where they would be living.
Alistair had brought a house well Mansion would be more like it even though it would be just the two of them and they would go visit the person they came back for in the morning as they were both jetlagged from the long trip and it wouldn't do them much good in that state.
" Well Sherry baby I'll give you a hint its a woman that hasn't seen you in years you wont remember because you were just a very young child but she is very ill and i hope seeing you will at least help her . maybe even help her get better i guess its depression but the doctors or anyone cant do anything about it, trust me they have tried everything they have thought of and nothing seemed to work or im hoping in one part it will give her some peace and joy to see you. i really don't know what to do.
so Sherry please no arguments i don't want to fight with you about this i really don't have the energy to argue so lets once we get home. to the house i have brought for us you can get some sleep - we both can and im sure it will seem all much clearer in the morning."
He said exhausted from the trip he looked kinda depressed as he told her that.
Sheridan nodded slowly and leaned against his shoulder resting now yet wanting to fall asleep as she wanted to see the place where they would be living from now on but that thought went out the window as the second she put down her head she was instantly asleep.
Once the car arrived at the newly built estate everything furnished Alistair slowly picked her up in his arms just like he did when she fell asleep on their trip when she was a child and he carried her out of the car and into the house following the staircase upstairs he laid her down in the bedroom which now she would call hers.
he had made sure everything was in perfect order because he knew that sherry would be too tired to think about anything else but sleep. he knew her well maybe too well sometimes.
He kissed her forehead.
"nite sherry baby. sweet dreams - i love you" he whispered as he then crept out her room and into his own room , he needed to get as much sleep as possible and ready for the day ahead and what would come bad or good. that would be determined within time .

The following morning:
Sheridan awake in a strange bed in unfamiliar whereabouts until she realized that this must be the new house her father was saying about but she was upset that she didn't get to stay up.
" why why why did i fall asleep" she berated herself.
A few minutes later her father knocked on her door.
" come in" she replied.
" hey good morning sweetheart , sleep well?" Alsitair had asked her the sun was shinning brightly on the beautiful sunny day in Harmony.
He pulled up the curtains and he told her to look outside.
The sun was rising beautifully that surrounded the fair grounds of the glorious estate, birds chirping , the grass was a bright color of green, sky blue on this summers day and it looked like a perfect day in Harmony.
Sheridan smiled.
" Maybe this town wont be as bad as i originally thought it would be , and maybe just maybe i might just like it here ." Sheridan said as she looked back from the window and at her Father who was smiling seeing her happy for the first time ever since they left Paris.
Alistair smiled.
" Oh i brought you some breakfast in figured you might be hungry seeing as you haven't eaten since the plane and we have a big day today eat up . you'll need it I'll meet you downstairs when you are ready" He smoothed her blonde hair as he headed downstairs.
Sheridan met in the newly decorated living room downstairs he was drinking his usual coffee which was a ritual he always has a black coffee in the mornings to prepare him for the day to come.
Since it was a really warm day outside and she knew because she had opened her bedroom window and felt the heat from the outside before she had gotten dressed.
She was dressed in a knee length plaint skirt , white singlet top and cowboy boots she always was into trend and fashion she always told herself she would become a top fashion designer one day she gave her friends advice on their clothes and what to wear to dances she was Queen of Fashion at her school.
" Are you ready to leave" Al had asked her walked toward her and looked at her outfit.
Sheridan smiled " Yep im ready and roaring to go"
Al wasn't sure how to bring up the next subject so he just decided to say it.
" And Sherry tomorrow we are going to see to get you enrolled in school you do need a education"
Sheridan didn't want to argue with this one she just nodded in agreement as they walked out the front door.
She smiled as she looked up and admired the house then turned around and walked toward the Limo that would take them to wherever they were going.

Their Limo pulled up in front of a small house on the other side of town.
The driver came and opened the door for them .
"Daddy, who lives here?" Sheridan asked curiously.
Al gave his daughter a look and winked at her when he does that she always knew that something was up.
" just come on i promise it wont be bad" he promised as they walked up to the door and knocked on the metal glass .
A Nurse answered the door and once he told her who they were she let them in and told them to go upstairs and its the first room on the right.
Sheridan was kinda quiet and scared not knowing who this person was who wanted to see her.
Al open the door and he told Sheridan to walk in.
All they saw was a plain room and a middle aged woman on a bed looked very ill she was kinda awake but kinda not.
Al cleared his voice.
" Ahem, Katherine long time hasn't it.? i was told about your condition and i brought someone who may i hope will cheer you up"
Sheridan stepped forward.
She was nervous and didn't know what to say but she didn't need too as Katherine did it for her.
" baby , Sherry my daughter. Al you've brought her back?" her voice was all croaky as she spoke.
Al smiled and nodded .
Sheridan was shocked.
" Mother? daddy she's my mommy?" Sheridan asked her father turning to him.
" But what, how.why..how can this be you abandoned us.daddy why am i here ? Sheridan started to get angry.

Chapter 3:
Alistair looked at his daughter and took her aside.
"Sheridan honey what would make you think she abandoned you sweetie?"
He was shocked and confused as he never really told her why her mother had been around and he definitely did not say that Katherine had abandoned Sheridan so he had no idea where she got that from but was determined where she got this from.
" daddy the kids at school in Paris they said that since i had no mother or if i did they had to have abandoned me or didn't want me" Sheridan started to sob.
Al cradled her in his arms trying to calm her down , darn he should have told her the real reason behind why she hadn't seen her mother ever since he had left this town all those years ago and why he had done that.
" Sherry sweetie now listen to me! look at me as i say this , your mom never abandoned you and she would never have , it was my fault i know now that i should not have done it but i was different back in those days its a long story for another day but i promise you don't listen to anyone without speaking to me first regarding things like this okay cause things can get mixed up and they don't have their facts right so please don't be mad at your mother she loves you to death , i want you to make up.
please for me and her. look she is on her death bed and im not sure how long she'll survive okay sherry?" he told her gently.
Sheridan nodded wiped her tears and run into Katherine's arms .
" Im sorry mommy , im really sorry i didn't mean to be mad " Sheridan cried.
Katherine smiled at her little girl grown into a young woman .
" Its okay sweet pea its okay. shhh. don't cry" She rubbed her back as she used to do when she was a baby when she used to cry because she wanted her mommy.
Al was smiling thinking that he hoped she would get better soon cause he didn't want Sheridan without a mother and he thinks that he would like another chance to be a family.
A few minutes later the monitor that was monitoring Katherine's heart rate and prognosis went blazing then Sheridan freaked and jumped toward her father the nurse then came in pronto.
" excuse me, you have to step outside we have to see whats wrong" The nurse told them as they were hushed out of the door.
" Daddy, i don't want her to die i just found her i want her to live" Sheridan cried into Al's arms as they let her sob he smoothed down her hair trying to sooth her and also very worried of what would happen now would she live, die he had no idea what is gods plan for her but how could god let die it wasn't her turn yet.
" I know i know sweetie , me too and let pray she does come out of this and let god decide " he told his crying daughter.
Sheridan turned in face of the room when they heard it opening and they had her mother on a stretcher.
" Move away please .. need some room here" the nurse said with some paramedics.
Al walked up to the nurse he needed to have some information on what was happening where they were taking her .
" Nurse, Nurse" he called after her.
The nurse turned around in a hurry.
" yes Mr. Crane" she asked.
" I want to know what is going to happen know , whats happening where are you taking her come on please for the sake of this young girl here she is sick with worry about her mother" He practically begged her.
" Okay Mr Crane it is worse we think with her heart going like that as it did and from the state she had been in lately we don't think she has much time to live and she is being taken ICU at Harmony Hospital now we do t have time to waste are you coming " The nurse sounded really impatient .
Al nodded quickly and he and Sheridan began to speed out of the house and into their car he ordered the driver where to take them and to step on it , praying hoping they we're not too late.

10 Minutes later their car pulled up in front of the hospital the driver opened the door for them and Sheridan and Al rushed into the hospital and straight into the ICU asking about Katherine.
Everyone was rushing everywhere and they had to find someone who knew about her condition they went to the reception and there was a woman on the phone talking rather than helping them.
" Excuse me" Al demanded to the woman on the phone but she ignored him and kept chatting.
Sheridan got real annoyed and tired of waiting for this girl she decided to do something.
" Do you mind , get freaking off the bloody phone and help us we are looking for Katherine Crane , if you don't tell us where she is then i would have to do something about that mouth of yours and then you wouldn't be able you talk and by the way i could get you but fired from this job and you would never get a job here ever again i am Sheridan Crane and this is my father Alistair, now get off that bloody phone, are we clear now, you you understand me?" Sheridan had yelled through the entire hospital that the patients and other people looked their way curious to what was going on.
You could tell the woman was scared out of her wits she straightened up and said goodbye to whoever was on the other end of the phone she cleared her papers.
" yes miss, this way " The receptionist said quickly scared of the young girl or what she might do when she is angry.
Sheridan smiled.
" Thank you - thats more like it" Sheridan replied in satisfaction.
In school in Paris she learnt you had to be assertive to get what you wanted you don't achieve anything from simply being a good girl and playing nice.
Al was shocked at his daughter but proud that she was standing up for herself, learnt from the best - he thought as they walked toward a room where there she was lying in a hospital bed surrounded by doctors and nurses she looked unconscious.
Al opened the door and one of the doctors came out to greet them.
" Mr Crane - Mrs Crane seems to be still unconscious but we do have positive news we started to work on what was wrong with her from the minute the paramedics brought her in here and we treated her and even though she is not yet awake the good news is that she is alive and wont be dying anytime soon she is much better cured from this deep depression that what got her in this state in the first place, whatever happened before this whatever you did be glad cause it helped she is stable and will be just fine though it will take awhile but we are glad to say she wont be going anywhere anytime soon" The doctor explain to them both smiling .
Sheridan got all happy.
" Omg really. my prayers have been answered see daddy god didn't take her away from us he knew that it wasn't her turn and that we can be a family again" Sheridan said practically jumping up and down.
This was the best news she could have gotten in the entire would now she is glad they have moved here yesterday she wasn't but now she couldn't imagine being anywhere but right here right now.
Alistair had thanked the doctor and hugged his daughter.
Sheridan returned his embraced.
" Daddy can i go get a drink , suddenly im very thirsty" She asked angelic.
Al smiled.
" Sure Sherry i have to make a few calls anyway, you do have some money don't you?"
Sheridan laughed at that comment, since when didn't she have any money.
" Of course" She smiled then began to walk toward the soda machines.

Sheridan was walking toward the cafeteria when she noticed this guy THE GUY...he was sitting on a seat across the hall from the cafeteria he had dark hair, dark eyes..ooh those eyes are which you could melt into so deep you would fall in love instantly.
Their eyes meet at the same time both instantly feeling the connection their eyes said it all , they both smile she feels they she is blushing and goes all red she quickly turns in search for the soda machine.
" god whats the matter with me, why do i feel like this by just one look and he is only a guy after all" She tells herself trying to make herself to snap out of it but in her heart she knew it was a lie and that he wasn't just any guy but the problem was she didn't know what that meant but thought its best t forget it..and him.if she can.
Sheridan shakes her head and puts her money in the machine and out pops her soda she smiles and picks it up.
Her mouth is getting really dry that she quickly opens the can and without looking begins to drink and walk toward finding her father and what she does not notice the guy she had locked eyes with earlier is coming toward her .
One, two, three they " accidently" knock into each other Sheridan falls to the ground with all her soda over the floor..and..her as well.
" yucky, what the heck was there" Sheridan gets up trying to wipe it from her clothes and her hands all sticky.
" watch where you are going next time buddy, now look what you have done, im all icky and yucky all soda all over me and my clothes for gods sake could you not see where you are going or are you just plain stupid." She was angry she then looked up at him and went speechless now regretting her words.
" you!!!" she uttered all other words gone from her head once she looked into the same dark amazing, hypnotizing eyes.
He just grinned at her.
" Im sorry for that, its my fault i didn't see you there, here takes this" he hands her a cloth to wipe off the soda from her hands.
" Thanks and it was my fault too, i wasn't watching where i was going, Im sheridan Crane" She says as she held out her hand.
The guy smiled.
" Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald , its a pleasure to meet you Sheridan" he took her hand and once their fingers touched they had electricity and sparks flowing through their bodies they didn't expect to feel this way.

Chapter 4:
Sheridan jumped apart wondering the she felt this way.
" wow, was that me or did you feel something just now?"
Sher jumpily asked Luis.
Luis thinking what the heck happened there was like a electrical shock of some kind it had to be. what else could it be.
" Yeah - I felt it, what do you think it could be..electical currents or something it was when we touched but how could that be when we touched all these sparks went all through my body."
Sheridan was surprised because that is exactly what she had felt as well.
" Omg so it wasn't just me thats what i felt."
There was a moment of awkward silence as they both were speechless wondering what would happen next or who would make the next move.
Sheridan realized that she had to go because she had been gone long enough her father would be worried about her plus she wanted to her her mother.
" Um. Sorry i have to go check on my mother and im sure my Father will be wondering where i have gotten too, so i guess I'll cya around"
Sheridan said.
She turned to leave when suddenly Luis called out to her.
" Um Sheridan this may sound weird or something but would you like to go out with me?"
He asked hopefully that she would say yes he just had a urge to do that.
Sheridan flipped her long golden hair back in surprise.
Her eyes sparkled with delight and happiness.
" Oh god yes, oh yes yes yes " She laughed and wrapped her arms around his neck.
Luis was shocked at her reaction but he pulled her to him and wrapped his arms around her slender waist .
Sheridan was so caught up in her joy that she forgot what she had done and quickly separated herself from him even though she didn't;t want to she felt so safe and secure and loved in the warmth of his arms and it just felt so right.
" hmm.. Im sorry i guess i better get going now or my father will kill me" Sheridan then writes her address and phone number on a piece of paper and placed it in the palm on his hand.
" here is my address and my number if you need to contact me , just give me a call and we'll set up a date"
Sheridan says as she walks past him and waves back at him before walking down the corridor toward the ER to find her father and to check on her mother.

Sheridan skipped down the hallway full of delight.
" i have a date i have a date" She began to chat down toward the end of the hallway where she sees her father standing.
She didn't see the nurses and doctors she was in her own fantasyland.
" Shhh, No running young lady!!" One of the nurses demanded.
" Cant you see this is a hospital not a playground now stop and walk not run or whatever you call it" the nurse said then hurried past her toward one of the rooms on the right hand side of the hospital.
Sheridan stopped and walked while humming a happy tune while smiling toward her father.
Alistair grinned once Sheridan stopped in front of him with a huge smile on her face looked like something definitely happened with her while on that spree for a can of soda.
"Whats got you in such a good mood you look like a little girl on the playground, whats got you so happy?" Alistair inquired .
Sheridan twirled around.
" Daddy i just met the most fantastic guy in the world, it was just a instant connection its hard to explain unless you have felt it yourself but its magical and special and he asked me out, he actually likes me as much as i like him and i just couldn't be Happier if you couldn't tell this is the best day of my life and the worse" Sheridan's smiled then turned into a frown.
" How's Mother?" She twirls her blonde hair within her index finger , its a habit she has when she is nervous or afraid or bored.
Alistair smiled.
" Well she is doing so much better actually she may can come home in a few days."
She looked at him curiously.
" Home? Does that mean." She couldn't find the words to finish her sentence.
" yes Home we are going to be a family again your mother and i are starting over again even though we have missed so much time and she has also with you its going to be different from now on " he said as sheridan rushed into his arms tears forming in her eyes .
" Now this has been a perfect day now we can be a real family thank you for making my dream of us becoming a family again a reality"
Her father ran his hand through her hair and began to sooth her making her tears go away.
" No Darling its you who i should thank it was you who has become her cure out of her depression so its you who i should give the credit too" He said
" Now come sweetie lets go home and we can get things settled for her homecoming and you can tell me all about this boy that asked you out so tell em everything who is he? whats his name .. details sher, i gotta know if he isgood enough for you after all i do want whats best for you." He started saying as they walked down the hallway.
" I know and i love you for protecting me but really there's no need too but if it will make you feel any better i will tell you all the details later." Sheridan giggled and they walked toward their car that was still parked outside the hospital.

A few hours later at the Lopez-Fitzgerald home:
Luis was on the phone setting up his date with sheridan for the end of the week.
" So okay i will pick you up and probably get a lecture about the safety of driving and this and that i can just see it now" Luis started to laugh and didn't notice his father Martin Fitzgerald enter the room leaning against the open bedroom door listening quietly at his conversation.
Martin didn't know what they were talking about or who was on the other end of the phone but he guessed it was a girl that Luis had met.
Luis then all of a sudden started to laugh.
" Sheridan Crane you are something else you know that." Luis responded.
They continued to laugh and chat for a few minutes before hanging up.
Luis sat at his desk blissful in a daydream and unaware that his father was not happy when he hard her name.
"LUIS LOPEZ-FITZGERALD!!!" Martin screamed.
Luis turned around in a flash and faced his angry domineering father in the doorway.
"yes father, why.no need to yell at me, what did i do this time?" Luis asked
There was this angry , cursing look in Martin's eyes he has never seen it before.
" Did i just hear you say you are going out with Sheridan Crane - as in THE CRANES??" He demanded.
" ah yeah thats right." Luis replied as he thought there was nothing wrong with that he doesn't know what his fathers deal with the Cranes are.
" You go out with a Crane?? Over my dead body you will!!!" Martin growled at him .
Luis stood there in utter dismay and couldn't believe his fathers tone of voice and what the heck his problem was with The Cranes.

Chapter 5:
All of a sudden the quiet house got loud by Martin's temper Luis was silent for a minute before he began to speak.
" But Father what is your problem with her family they seem to be nice genuine people" he held his head up high and looked into the deep dark eyes of his father the color of them right now reminded Luis of a violent storm .
Martin took a few steps closer toward his son and took him by the shoulders.
" because they destroy anyone who tries to come within 2 feet of anyone in their family if they feel something if threatened or someone is not good enough for one of their family members then they will go to great extremes to make sure that person would regret ever hearing the Crane name and they don't make threats they are promises that they fully intend to follow through with so please don't make the mistake of getting involved with one of them i don't want to see you hurt in any way." Martins voice was now calmer and protective rather than harsh and cruel.
Luis was concerned for his father he had not ever been like this and Luis didn't even know he knew the cranes or anything and for him to be acting this way was strange, he could understand what he was saying but he had to make his father understand that Sheridan is not like that and he couldn't forget her it was Impossible and that he would be careful he had to see her again and its not as if they are engaged or anything.
"Father im sorry you feel that way but i cant get her out of my mind I've never felt like this toward anyone. you weren't there when we met the electricity i can feel like she is the one for me but we are not rushing into anything we hardly know each other and who knows it may not work out im just saying i would like it too and maybe her family doesn't hate me like you hate them " Luis took out his comb from his back pocket and began to comb through his this black hair having it spiked up like he always liked it.
Martin thought for a few moments and then sighed giving up realizing he wasn't going to get anywhere Luis would just have to see for himself that the Cranes don't care about anything or anyone except themselves and he would have to let his children make their own mistakes learn from your own life experiences.
" well okay Luis im not arguing with you on this cause whatever i say would never convince you so you will see the truth for yourself and don't complain when i say i told you so okay cause this is a warning" Martin said his final peace before slowly turning around and walked out of his son's bedroom.
Five minutes later Luis had finished with his attire and about ready to leave for Sheridan's to pick her up for their date one that is going to be very memorable.
He goes to look outside his window it was a full moon then he suddenly sees something up in the sky he really didn't expect it was a shooting star and they say if you wish on shooting stars that wish comes true well least he could do was try.
"Starlight, Starbright the first star i see tonight i wish i may i wish i might maybe i have this wish tonight i wish our Parents would be friends" Luis said his wish outloud he was skeptical on whether or not it would come true at least he tried something.

At the Crane mansion
Sheridan had just got off the phone talking to Luis and she was in a cheerful mood and was so excited for that night she finally found someone who she connected with and liked her for who she was on the inside and not who she was as in name.
Sheridan was startled when she didn't hear her father enter her room and since she wasn't really concentrating she nearly had a heart attack when he tapped her lightly on the shoulder.
"wow father you scared me, i didn't realize you were there why didn't you knock you practically gave me a heart attack" Sheridan sighed.
Alistair came and sat down on Sheridan's pink bed and studied her face.
" Hey sweetie im sorry i never meant to scare you i didn't knock because you were so involved in that phone call i didn't want to interrupt but you sure look happy so spill tell your daddy what has got you in such a chipper mood tonight" He said curiously.
Sheridan smiled at him still dreamy from her call to Luis and sat down next to her father her eyes sparkling like diamonds and her cheeks rosy red from thinking about him .
"Well it all has to do with that boy that i met remember" Sheridan started her story.
Alistair nodded and urged her to continue and so she did.
" well his name is Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald and he is so incredibly sweet and nice and super duper cute i really really like him and i think he likes me too and i know you would like him as well so he's taking me out to a specially surprise dinner tonight for out first date" Sheridan finished her short introduction about why she was smiling so much.
Alistair smiled, picked up sheridan brush and lightly combed through her silk blonde hair.
"Well im happy if he makes you happy your happiness is all i want but just on the safe side once he comes he im checking him over gotta be that protective father looking out for his only daughter remember" They both smiled and Sheridan nodded.
Alistair steps outside the room and looks confused as like to remember something.
" Lopez-Fitzgerald. Now where have i heard that before" he tries to rack his brain and see if he knows a Lopez-Fitzgerald.
He steps into the livingroom and decides by chance to take out the old employee pile list of back years ago when he was last in Harmony he starts flipping through the pages til he comes across a man and below it is titled Martin Fitzgerald Father to Little Luis, Antonio and Theresa , Husband to Pilar Lopez-Fitzgerald.
He slumps back into the soft couch in complete shock.
"Now it all comes back to me Martin, Martin , Martin..i can imagine how you must feel about me and the rest of the Cranes now even after all these years and just wait til you find out about our children dating i wonder if you still hate me " he talks into the picture.
He stands up and lays the file on the couch walks toward the window and sees something spectacular unexpected it looks like it was a shooting star.
" I don't normally do this but for the sake of the children here goes"
He closes his eyes takes a deep breath.
"Starlight, Starbright the first star i see tonight i wish i may i wish i might maybe i have this wish tonight i wish there was peace between Martin and i so that the children would be happy" He says outloud and watches as the star shoots by.

Chapter 6:
What neither family knew was that those wishes they made came true in such an amazing way , Not sure if it was spiritual angels looking over them and wanted peace between these families or a way they could start over and make things right because at that moment a moment after the shooting stars struck the two houses life seemed to have turned back time , 20 years to when both of the childrens families were friends when peace was at ease in good ol' Harmony .
Present time Martin and Alistair were stuck in time and were forced to see how things went wrong and to fix them, they could see everything happening around them.
~*~*~*~Time Turns Back 20 Years~*~*~*~
Martin walks into the crane mansion waiting for his friend Alistair since they were golf buddies and were heading to a golf tournament.
" Al 5 minutes or else we are going to be late and being late to things like this is not a good thing that is if we want to win and you do remember what the grand prize is dont you? The Grand Trophy that every single player at the country club wants!"
Martin started to not exactly yell but since the Mansion was so huge you have to practically make your voice loud enough for anyone to hear.
Martin then laid hiself against the sofa and waited while looking at his watch counting the minutes to see how long it would take Alistair to get his Butt down the stairs, probably making himself " charming" for the young eligible girls at the club that would be watching the tournament and cheering the guys on.
Not too long after Martin sees Alistair slowing walking down the stairs that led upstairs noticing that Al was dressed in his all white athletic golfing jumpsuit, suited for his tournaments as a Crane he always had to look his best and HAD to stand out in the crowd, as he always does.
" Hold your horses Martin buddy o Pal what have i always said from the first day we met that whenever you are with me, nothing starts without the A man, there's no rush i did have to make myself presentable for everyone to see what i am made of and of course there is no doubt that we are going to win you see, we have always won the tournaments at the country club, have we not?"
Alistair stood now in front of Martin smoothing down his clothes and his slick hair to make sure he looked perfect and then got out his mirror from his pocket to double check, Alistair is one to make sure everything goes his way no matter what.
Martin looked suspiciously at Alistair because he knows Al for years ever since high school and he is always up to something when he gets that look in his eye , always up to something and is definitely not good.
" yes that is true we make a good team but sometimes i do wonder if we have played fair there was no cheating involved ever in any of the games we have played have there? because i know your motto that a Crane never loses and if there if something you want, you do everything in your power to go after it til you get it.. im not arguing , im just curious thats all"
Martin begins to get a worried look on his face hoping that he would say no because he likes to play fair no matter the consequences because if cheating was involved then he wants nothing to do with it.
Alistair shakes his head saying one thing and doing another is another story.
" Marty my friend of course i haven't made us win by cheating, what do you take me for, we have won because we are the best and thats the end of the story okay, you trust me right? how long have we been friends for.. have i once lied to you and didn't do something that i said we wouldn't, no. because we think alike, even if you dont want to admit it, we are and there's no denying it, Now come on.. its time to go, i'll go bring around my jaguar we wil be the talk of the tournament today , as we always are when people see Marty and Al.. the best team on the country club's golf grounds." Alistair said smiling confidently, knowing how to get Marty to believe whatever he said and how to push his buttons.
Its not like Martin isn't his friend, he is Best friend really they always have been but what martin doesnt know wont hurt him.
While Alistair left to get the car Martin paced around the Crane living room wondering, hoping that his friend was telling the truth but he had no proof that he was lying to him so he had no choice but to believe him...for the moment until something happens that changes his mind.
" Oh Al. Please dont do anything you will regret" Martin sighs and begins to walk out the door closing it behind him waiting til he sees the black expensive jaguar speeding around the corner.
15 Minutes later Martin and Alistair arrived at the crowded country club where the golfing tournament was going on and Martin said he would go and get them a drink while he was gone Alistair went over to some of the guys and made some bets on who would win and who would lose since he had a knack of these things then something happened that caught him off-guard he turned around to see one of his arch-enemies.
" What did you say?" Al demanded of the guy.
This guy was pretty tough and seemed pretty cocky and so sure of himself.
" You heard me! i said that you would not win the tournament that your friend will make you lose every game because he is just a sore loser .." He said walking over to Al.
Alistair was getting madder by the minute this guy was named Tommy Bindles. and he has a ego as huge as the golf courts and is a rival in his families business and they always used to compete against each other at everything since they were younger and looks as though some things have not changed.
" How dare you say that about him he is not a loser you are just jealous thats all because you are not allowed to play anymore after that incident last month when you were caught cheating and we are NOT going to lose because i wont let it, because as my father taught me a Crane never loses." Al replied sternly.
Tommy laughed at him.
" Is that so? do you want to make a bet on that.. because i know a way of full sure insurance to make sure you win, just because i dont like you doesn't mean i dont want you to lose cause then that would wreck what our class and i wont let that happen, so... what is it going to be... are you going to take the risk of possibly losing against some of the best golfers in the state or are you going to let me help you win?" Tommy asked with a look of satsisfaction on his face because he knows Alistair all too well and Al would never give up a chanve to win.. at anything..
Alistair thought about this possibility very hard and sighed.
" Geeze okay okay.. just this once i'll let you help me BUT just because this tournament means the world to Marty but i dont want you ever to say anything bad about him or else i can and will blow you out of the water and dont think i wont because you know i will., i dont say anything i dont mean."
Tommy smirked and they discussed how they would go about winning every game and getting away with it
It appeares that Tommy knows someone who can alter the holes so that the ball goes into it every time without any suspicion drawn upon them.
Alistair then went back and found Martin and acted like nothing was wrong but Martin felt like something was not right but didn't want to say anything in case he was wrong and he didn't want to accuse because it was just a feeling no proof and he did say to himself he would trust his friend.
Martin was shocked to see that they were winning at every hole he just thought it was luck and though geeze this was their lucky day but what he didn't know that his friend had cheated them into winning and only learned the truth later.
After winning the tournament Alistair had gone off to search for a friend and when he was gone a bit long and Martin was started to wonder he decided to go in search of him but he got quite the shock of his life when he overheard Alistair and Tommy gloating about how cheating was involved because they thought Marty was not good enough to win.
" Omg Al.. how could you.." Martin bursted out after their converation was over and Alistair realized that Martin had overheard everything they said and that he now knows that Alistair cheated and made Marty think that they did it on their own when he promised Martin that he wouldnt think of cheating.
" Marty , Im. sorry" Alistair said and he did sound very sincere but it seems Martin didn't care anymore.
" I dont want to hear it, or talk to you ever again i cant believe you fooled me and lied to me i thought friends were to trust each other.
Martin then ran out of the club so fast Alistair couldnt get a word in edgewise.
