Why this page was created:

This idea was bounced around in the forum over at Blackadder Hall, where I started the topic of Blackadder-style answers to the question, "Why did the chicken cross the road?" Well, some very amusing answers were submitted, and Scarlett of Queenie's Cunning Page of Blackadder and I each thought it would be fun to collect the answers (with the submitters' permission, of course) and post them up where the Blackadder fans could find them easily in a centralized location.

Scarlett has suggested that she and I each make our own Blackadder Chicken Jokes page, since she figures it'll be awhile before she can get around to making hers, what with her very busy schedule. And since I spend most of my free time here online, I figured why not?

Since Scarlett and I have no intention of stealing anyone's funny answers, I am giving the Blackadder fans who visit this page the option here of adding their clever entries right here.
