Todd is a strange character. He is goof off and a wise-mouth. Besides goofing off, he is
often target of many jokes, by the Brotherhood, and maybe the X-men (but defiantly
Brotherhood)
Toad isn’t afraid to use his powers. He will use them when someone has their backed
turned for a second.
