Evan is a never before seen character introduced for X-men:Evolution. He is the nephew of Storm. Evan also has been sort of friends/major competition with one of the brotherhood members, Pietro, that has caused a couple problems because they argue a lot.
Since Spyke is a "city kid" (he grew up in New York) he may complain about wilderness or survival (Survival of the Fittest)
