Power: can project intense cold from his body, and turn moisture in the air to ice.
If Bobby is anything like his comic book version he loves to play pranks. He seems like a really fun person to hang around with. The way he was playing baseball with Cannonball and in snowball fights.
He also may or may not have a slight crush on Jubilee. The way he made an ice ballerena to impress her also means he has very good control over his powers.
